Hello, and good day, my beloved friend. This is part one of the art Angel certification course. Today, we're here to talk about just module one. It's called affirmations and denials. And a lot of people are very well informed as to what affirmations and denials are. But we're going to get really to the bottom of it today.

And really put them into effect, so that you're able to use them in your life to make a difference. It's easy to know that affirmations and denials exist. But really getting to use them is about stepping deep into that center once again, which is what this course is all about. And being able to actually practice them in the way that they were intended not from the standpoint of being in it so much that you forget that you're the observer but In a way that you're actually able to consciously practice it, while standing back and observing the effects of it. That's what we want to do. So affirmations and denials, what is an affirmation, an affirmation, and this is the best way that we can put it across an affirmation is actually a statement that reinforces something in the mind.

That's what an affirmation is. If we put an affirmation in the future, then we're seeing it as coming to pass, but we're talking about this in a future tense. So we always remain in time behind that thing happening. Because the mind takes things literally, the mind knows all things exist simultaneously. So if you are to say, for instance, I will be strong, then you will will be strong forever You will be behind that. Always trying to be strong.

But never quite arriving at it. So, an affirmation is a statement or a declaration that puts you at a specific point in time in relationship to the thing that you would like to achieve or how the proper use of affirmations is or the thing that you have achieved. So, if you are to switch that forward statement of futurism into a statement of presence and present, where you say I am strong, then that affirmation is more powerful to you. Because it puts you in a standpoint of understanding right now in your mind. You are strong in this moment in the present right here right now. And so affirmations are more powerful.

When we use them in the present tense and the I am part of it is accepting that the being that is hair that is encompassing all of this encompassing the body in comprehend the essence of your being Right, the mind is right now presently, in this individual standpoint, taking on the quality that you are speaking into existence, and that is where affirmations have their power. When we tell ourselves them, we don't need to repeat them 50 100 times or anything like that, what we need is to really believe inside with our essence, right there and then that that is true. And repetition can help because anything we hear over and over, we tend to believe after a while, you know, if someone says one thing to us, and then somebody else comes in says that same thing and on and on it goes, then after a while, we might start believing that, okay, maybe this is true.

Maybe this has some validity to it. I hear it from everywhere, so maybe it's true. Still doesn't make it true, though. Right? The only thing that makes something true is our belief. So if many people come to us and finally we accept that it is that way.

Yes, it is that way. But only because We accepted that it was that way. Not because a million people say. So sometimes the whole world can believe something. Right? And we don't accept it.

And it's still not true for us. So in the affirmations, what we really want to do is embrace that knowing where we know that the only thing that matters, not separate from everything else, but with everything else, is that we actually maintain that feeling of whatever it is in the present. There is no past or future really. And we'll talk about that later in our course course. But there is that relationship, where what we believe and what we embrace what we hold in our essence is shown to us in the world and that is true, powerful affirmation. denial.

On the other hand, denial is a sort of affirmation, but because this world is that you will read and we have this appearance of good and bad and all these different things, ugly, beautiful and all these things. And once we call something good, we don't notice it. But in this world because we call something good, we've already labeled something as bad in comparison to that. So we create the good and bad. In one go, we do it. It doesn't happen on its own.

When we call something good. We're also calling something bad. And that's the God of the universe. It's in our minds still, obviously, in our mind, because we created it, but the way out of the good and bad, and the judgments that created your universe that we live in sick and well, and all that is that is in denial. Because denial itself sounds like a negative word, but it's not negative. It does negate a certain effect, which is what we want to negate either way, but it doesn't mean that negative is bad.

Negative is just the absence of a specific formed quality. That's what next Tape actually is the absence of a specific quality of an individualization of an idea. So denial itself then boils down to this. To deny something actually protects your mind. And not in a way where you're in standing away from the thing like this and saying, No, it doesn't exist, move that away from me. I don't, you can't do that in the experience.

Because if it's your mind, and you're actually pushing something out of your mind, you're actually promoting its existence by pushing it out and pretending it doesn't exist, where you know that, if you're pushing it out, then it does exist. Because if you have to push something away from you and get rid of it, then in your mind, it's a problem. And it's meant to get rid of but you can't push it out of your mind. It's still in your mind, whether you push it far from you, or how far you push it across the country of way out into the universe or something. It's Still in your mind, because your mind is everywhere in everything. So there's no way to push something out.

That's actually an impossibility in this universe. And the only way that we can actually function in denial is by actually knowing truth. Instead of trying to push things out, all the things that seem to be outside that we do not like, are actually in us, they must be in our mind to exist at all, or else they just wouldn't not be around. So if the existence of them says that they exist in us, then the only way to actually dissolve them or get rid of them is by denial, but denial in this sense. Remember, I just said denial is actually removing that specific quality that's embedded as an individual individualization. So then to get rid of it, what we actually do is look at the quality that's there.

We see if we understand that it's there and it's in our mind. That's step one. We know that it's in our mind. It's not in our physical reality. It's Actually in our mind, knowing that it's in our mind, the cure or the clearing of it is simply addressing it in our mind. If something is bad or mean or upset or angry, how we address that is we go into our minds not into their mind not into trying to fix things out there.

We go inside, right knowing that inside and outside actually are one. But this is the screen that we get to see the inside on. We go inside. We look at the quality that's showing up. Realize Okay, this person is angry this person is mean this person is this. That's in my mind.

I go into my mind, I address that situation I look at it. And what I do is deny it by doing this. I look at the situation I look at what happened. I see that and then I let my light shine over that completely. The light that is near the light that I know I am I let that shine as that person also. So whatever that situation was, I dissolved completely, because that is an individualization of energy.

And it is a concrete form. But I can dissolve that energy because I made it. So I dissolve that energy in my mind. The whole incident has gone, whatever the incident was, I made it, and I made it in my mind. Therefore, I can erase it in my mind, I erased the whole thing in my mind. And that removes the charge from in me about the entire situation.

If the charge in me about the entire situation is gone, then the situation itself is gone, and there's no one to blame. The situation doesn't even exist. It only existed because in my mind, I embraced it, and made it exist. So I can unmake it. So I unmake it in my mind. Embrace that it's gone.

And I sit here and I'm in peace. No, because whatever had been done or what I thought had been done, was never done. It never happened. It actually never happened. I just thought Completely, if it never happened, then I am free again. So my powerful denial then is clearing my mind and leaving me free leaving that person free leaving that situation as if it never existed.

This situation had been applied to many things in our past a lot of the Ascended Masters and teachers that we've met along the way, have shown this. Christ, I'm going to call him for this one, because he actually demonstrated this force in a great way. How he demonstrated was when he was on a cross and all that stuff, like in history, and they said, he said, forgive them Father, for they know not what they do. All he was saying was he wasn't holding them accountable for what they do at all. What they do was of no circumstance. No, they would, it wasn't being held against them in any way.

It was just forgive them Father, for they know not what they do. They know not what they do. What they do have nothing to do with it. Forget that and throw it out. out what they do was nothing. Just forgive them Father, and the Father is within the Father, the mother, the however you see the Creator, the essence, the energy that you is, that thing that comes forth and forgives them by blacking out its mind completely of the event that's happening because actually not happening is only happening as a result of the mind which created it right there.

You are able to forgive that by blacking it out and making yourself free and commending yourself to yourself once again, finding unity by dissolving the MIS occurrence or the misperception. And that's what brings us back to that state of clarity. So denial is very powerful in that way. And then the affirmation is stepping into making something into a definite form again. But the form is a form that we think is positive and positive is again, redefining the force to a force that's pleasing to us. And we can do that.

But we have to be careful with that also, because we don't want to become so dependent on the fact that we're changing everything that we let that again, grab us in and make us uneasy because what can be good one, they can be bad another. That's how it goes. So it's really about locking in there and that state of peace and understanding that affirmations and denials are actually one. They're one two, they seem like two different tools, but they want to the denial is used to clear the mind of anything that seems to be a threat. Anything that comes forward and says, You are not the master of your experience, that must be denied. Because the truth is that you are, the truth is that you are all of that.

You're everything. The denial of it, however, the denial of it does that clears everything. The affirmation puts that power into motion again, that puts that power into a positive motion. As we see it positive. And so that's the power of affirmation and denial. And I really see that if we are to just practice these simple steps on a daily basis, there is nothing that can stop us from understanding truly and deeply in our essences, who and what we are and what we're able to create.

And if we want to heal the world, it's a matter of healing our individual minds. Individual minds, seem to be individual, but they're always linked. So what we can focus on is our individual stuff to move through and to get clearer and clearer, but we're actually hoping to hold as we do that, we're like those cells that make a difference in the body and help to generate loving essence. We are the ones who do that. So affirmations and denial go hand in hand, and that is really what they are. Now, your work is to go put this into action.

So It's best to start with denial. Because denial is that clearing place where you bring things in that you know, have challenged you things like sickness, and death, which a lot of people are afraid of, but they don't recognize it. All of these things, bring them into awareness. And with your denial, use the power of Windows images up here, delete them, but I'm demo use that light that send you to blank those things out of your mind. They don't need to be in your mind any longer, you are free, you are free. Allow yourself to be free by denying the existence of all these things that seem to be threatening to your existence.

Because you are forever. deny them. Jump back in and affirm your new quality. Your new quality is whatever you choose to be. You declare it I am strong. I am powerful.

I am wonderful. I am holy. I am magnificent. I am great. I am Grant, I am extremely prosperous and wealthy and healthy. Whatever it is, I have happy.

I am joy. Embrace that fully, and know that that energy can form into that. But as you embrace it and you enjoy it, know that it itself can be changed in any moment. You are free to do that by your denial of anything that seems to be stressing you at any time. And so, that ends our lesson on affirmations and denials.
