Hello, and good day, guys. Welcome to part two of the archangels certification course. This is module two. And we are talking today about dream work. Now dream work was that really dream work is basically using the minds state of delta when you're under that dream state and you're ready to do things like having the ability to astral travel or lucid dream and all those things, to sort out your internal issues, and I say the word issues very lightly okay. Because it seems like we have issues sometimes but no issues is not a disease and as I say issues I get this joke that I heard it the other day.

This four year old girl was in the car with her mom, and there she is. And she says Mom, Mom, I think I I think I have to go to the hospital. I think I'm sick. She says, well, what's wrong with you? She says, um, I think I have issues, issues issues, though she meant that she was sneezing and she was thinking head to head you. But in her mind, the issues were what she thought people have.

Right? She heard Yeah, I have issues because she heard people walking around say they had issues. So she makes those two up and she was like, I have issues. And he was sick. But either way, issues in themselves are sorta kinda not really a problem as we see it, right. The problem that we really have is that we have not been working through our stuff, whatever that is that shows.

Right. We can as I said in the last section, we can use affirmations and denials as a way of clearing through stuff dreamwork is another way and how this takes place is really really awesome. I think that this is one of the best procedures on And sort of the most fun because it's not your conscious mind is doing it. You're dipping into your subconscious mind when you drink. And this is the closest we can actually come to creating stuff from inside. In this experience, right?

How it goes is like this. You're about to go to sleep at night, and I'm going straight into the practice. I've been in it, we'll talk about it later. You're about to go to sleep at night. You take out a nice little book and you put it to the side of your desk with a pen. You go ahead and you're ready to go to sleep.

You sit down and you tell yourself directly. You can say the words out loud or you can tell yourself inside mentally. I will remember what I drink tonight. I will get up and write down what I drempt at the end of everything and as you say that You're making that affirmation again, right? You're seeing I'm doing that I'm getting up to write those dreams down. And you can do it into direct present tense as well.

And so you hear yourself right before you go to sleep, you hear yourself. And you can test this out on your own to see if it works by telling yourself you wake up a certain time in the morning, I'm waking up at all You can ask, asking is another way to do it, you can say, wake me up at 7am. And you'll find that you'll wake up at 7am because the subconscious is able to do those things. It knows time and stuff and everything it actually knows it knows a lot, a lot more than just the conscious mind. I do it. Often.

If I have to wake up at 6am. I'm waking up at 6am and that's it. The statement is done. It's happening. It happens exactly that way I get up at 600. Exactly, right.

So it's quite possible and quite doable. What I want you to do is, as I said, you go there at night. Go ahead and you line up what you're going to do you say, Well, I'm waking up and I'm writing these dreams don't go to ask. I would like to process, the things that stopped me from seeing myself as I am in my dreams. And so you're able to lay down to sleep at night, in a restful state, knowing that what's going on is just the healing process of the mind. while you're sleeping, things may happen.

You may have experiences where you're in water, we're in a house where you're cleaning out a house, which is significant because cleaning out the house housing advice spirit some of the times and by cleaning out a house, what you're actually doing is making room in spirit for yourself and for your growth, which is awesome. It feels really good to get that cleaning effect and some people do within walking life by walking around and cleaning out their house. Because they feel like cleaning out the physical house is cleaning out themselves. And we do that symbolically, in this world to kind of help ourselves to feel better. Some people do not feel good. If they are not in control of the things around them, like some people have to have everything in place.

It's called obsessive compulsive disorder here. But is it really a disorder? It's the question. It's just the order things to feel like they're ordering their mind. They just haven't noticed it's that they're doing so it becomes this funny little addiction thing where they move around and pack your suitcase one minute, and then come back five minutes later and pack your suitcase again, unpack it and pack it back and do things that seem nonsensical. But the truth is, they're doing that to feel more in control.

So then the true way to be in control and not to feel just to feel like you're in control is to get to the root of that to be able to really do that internal work so that the external can change. They mix up the internal and external, that's all that's happening. So it's about being able to get inside there. Right? cleaned out. And dream work is a great way to do that.

You get down there and you do those dreams, you have those dreams, get into that dream, whatever it is that happens trust, even though it might be a bit scary because sometimes dreams can be scary. You could have things like a mouse turning into a lion of culture and into a donkey. Okay, the crazy stuff can happen in dreams, because it's a malleable world in our minds, just like it is out here. It's just that we believe out. Here's not that way. But let's get back stopping.

The fact is that whatever is happening in those dreams is happening. Because it's a way for your mind to process what's going on and for your mind to accept the change that needs to happen for you to get back to knowing who you are, for instance, forgiveness. And I'll bring this up just for a quick snippet. Forgiveness that we have here is something that must happen for us to get back to self. Right. So if we're in resistance to something somebody has done something to us and we hold on to that Titley, right, then what actually happens is we get put in a situation where we ourselves might do exactly what that person did to us.

And then when we do that, we're like, Whoa, how can I do that? Like, what? It's not about how you could do that. It's about you had to do that. Because unless you did that, you would not be able to forgive that person for what they did to you. Because then you would see them as different to you.

So be careful of how you actually hold people in your mind because you're guaranteed to probably do the same thing that they do if you hold that too strongly. Right? Because we need to forgive we do need to be free and we need others to be free. So the best things actually do is to live in a state of forgiveness. If people do wrong and you see them as doing wrong. Make sure that you know that that's in your mind and you have the ability to help them to transcend that as well as to help yourself to see that situation differently unfree liberate yourself from that From that circumstance.

So, back to what we're talking about, which is right now, dream work. So in the dream work, there are two ways we can go about this. Two awesome ways at least, there are many more. But these are the two ways that we focus on as archangels. Okay, there is lucid dreaming, which is, you again, go through the process of telling yourself, you're going to dream, etc. And you're going to deal with your stuff in your dreams.

And you can say this any way you want. Once the understanding is there, the words that you say are words, the understanding of what is going to happen is what matters because you're the one doing it. So either way, you set an intention to go out and explore in the dreams, but to clear your mind. And you may have events where you fly to different places, you go to different things and all these different places and things that exists exists within your mind. The entire universe exists within your mind. So wherever you go, you're new.

That's the truth about it. There is no us Something else there's you, right? So there you are, and you're going through all these different planets, maybe you may be able to see aliens and all that, you know, ETS and all that stuff. They're really not that far fetched in this entire universe. I mean, for us to think that were the only beings that exist is quite small minded, you know. And we know better than that, in our core, we must know that there is more than that.

And so, you may visit other places or colonies, you may do other things. But all of that is in the process of clearing through what's there in the mind, to allow the mind to be free and accepting and open of all these lovely principles that we're able to engage in and flow upon. And so we're using the process of dreamer to do that. The dreamer process. That's part one, where you get to go to different places, different colonies, visit different things in lucid dreaming, which is a dream body, it would look exactly like your body. It might even feel just like your body might feel smell, taste, touch, everything would be exactly the same as that and you'll be interacting.

And then there's the other way of doing it, which is lucid dreaming is the thing like you're waking your dream your hair, you're awake, you are you basically. And you don't know you're dreaming, right? Until your awareness comes to a gray like, Oh, I mean a dream. I'm gonna dream. This is a dream, and I'm awakened a dream. And then you're able to look around and feel and touch and taste, but you're aware that you're in that dream the whole time.

When you're ready to wake up, just realize, okay, I'm up, and boom, up, up. It's that simple to get out of a lucid dream right. Now, the other parts of the dream work is a sort of no astral travel, we'll go to that later. That can be factored in, but I want to put that off to later because that's a topic on its own, and it's an awesome topic as well. Lucinda Remain would be, you're there, you know, you're dreaming. You're in a body as usual, you're doing everything as usual.

But you know you're dreaming. Part of the dream process is unconscious dreaming, and unconscious dreaming, it's just, you're there. And the dream is happening. It's not like you're in a specific body, you might be the other person, you might be the person on the other side of you, you might be outside of yourself, you might be everywhere. And that is just a dream world, you can turn into almost an entire line, you might find yourself swimming, you might find yourself diving, you won't be located in this one physical body that you've identified with, you will be free to be whatever you need to be. You might even find money and all these different things and have these great expert explorative experiences.

And that's it, he tends to be more of fiction based, where lucid dreaming will be more reality based seeming reality, what we call reality. But the fiction based dreaming that I'm talking about is where a lot of the healing actually takes place, because the mind is then free to use anything, any concept. So just bring into your awareness what's actually happening. And it can be quite abstract, you might find a giant strawberry and eat this giant strawberry and it's so fulfilling, and then you like, then your logic might pop in and be like strawberries aren't this big, and then you pop out of it, but it really doesn't matter. Whatever the message is that you need to find in you to move on to your next level is going to be there in that tree. And so it's quite easy to go ahead and just drink normally, at the end of each stream.

As I said, when it pops up and you go through whatever you go through. If you tell yourself you're going to get up and write down the stream, your subconscious mind will actually wake you up at the end of that dream. And it's up to you whether you want to or not, but I did this because it really really worked and drill it in for me and I could process it the next day, I would get up or I just my subconscious mind woke me up and write it down in a journal next to me. And if I was able to look at it and see the symbolism that my subconscious mind was giving me which really made a difference. It made me able to process exactly what I was moving through. Like I would run through things like dogs, I would see dogs a lot at a certain time.

And I know dog is a man's best friend. So that it was about my friendships and my friends. And there was this one dog that I took a certain liking to. And after a while, when I went through the dreamwork, the dog started showing up as my best friend, a guy named Kern from way back, it was a really close friend to me. And I hadn't seen it seen him in ages. But what happened was, we had some stuff that we had to move through in terms of the friendship level, and I call him back and spoke to him and we spoke, and then I stopped having that dream about dogs.

But our friendship was close and it was really good. So it's all about processing the information, and being able to bring that back into existence into the experience or understanding it so that you are free to be yourself completely. One with everything, right? And being able to link and whatever those things are that stop you from doing that will be brought up in dreams in different ways. So you can process it and move through it. And that is the two sections of dreamwork.

As I said there to write, and the one that's more valuable or seemingly more valuable, valuable would be freestyle dreaming. lucid dreaming is explosive. And it's great. And we can do all these different things and go to all these different places and visit different civilizations, which is also quite valuable because they have information for us as well. And the other type of dreaming is also great. Right free stuff.

So that is what dream work is about. And, again, it's all about the practice. So today, what we do is we get out our journal, put it to the side of our bed, and before we go to bed, we see the commands I will write down my dreams tonight.
