Hello and good day beautiful people. We're going to talk about journaling today. This is king Gabriel, absolute realization, coaching and healing. And this is an exciting topic actually. Because this is bringing those two worlds together in a way that actually works. You see the lines on my shirt.

We're talking about writing today, and that's what we'll be doing are writing lines. Okay. So here's what's happening. journaling is this. journaling is the process of actually writing into your day, the experiences and segments that you would like to see in your experience. So from that creative force within, you're using your hand to write the script Have your day now.

Sounds like, well, if I really want to do all that work to most people, but the truth is, it saves you work because all the things that you have in mind that you'd like to accomplish, you can create shortcuts to do things by writing the script the way you would want it to go. And if you are to master this, you find that you can write the script of your day exactly the way you want it to be at habits are not exactly that way by practice. Now, the first few times you do it, because the faith and the power is not really all in one place as yet, right? as yet, then you might find that you have slightly varying results to start off with, but with enough practice, and enough of the work towards it, you'll find that you write the script exactly as you want it.

And everything aligns and then you're like, Whoa, That means I'm writing this, I'm writing the entire play. If I am writing the entire play, then it's up to me to write what I like. Right? So good. How do things like all those manifesting things where people pull in other parts of their couple and all that work they're writing. It's just they don't realize they're writing a script, because it seems like just thoughts run through them and things just happen.

But nothing just happens. Really. Nothing just happens, something is always happening. But nothing just happens. It happens as a result of our internal script. So let's write a new script.

That's what journaling is about. So how do we journal journaling is done by getting a journal number one, a journal that you would really want to hold on to and keep our own something that makes you feel really Happy in a sense, something that feels aesthetically pleasing something that you want to go through something that you get excited about. So probably go shopping for a journal number one, get a small one, probably 15 bucks or whatever. But something that's pretty something that's appealing something that makes you feel drawn to it. That's really good. You know, there are things like that that we have.

So get cute little journal probably would like butterflies, or something pink or something shiny. If you're that type of person. If you're a person that likes more Gothic looking stuff, or something velvety or soft or the feel of it is really good too, with a little ribbon, get that stuff get that thing that makes you feel compelled to want to write, write something creative, something artistic, whether it's cartoon characters or whatever. Get a journal, write a good size, probably a six by nine would be good. And in that journal, what you're doing is this. You're starting off on the first line of that journal.

You're writing the date on that day. Since August, the third 1960 random dates, right, you pick that up, you write that date, and you write number one. Number one is today. I intend to see x, let's say I intend to see myself really being super happy from inside genuinely happy. I know this is something that being happy is not really something that we can measure externally. But we know we feel it right.

So we can start off with something we can measure externally we can use today I intend to see myself type faster. Right? That's something that's measurable, you know, if you're typing faster, so you start with that something simple. And then you put, I expect to see myself doing this thing. So expect to see myself typing faster. Alright.

So I intend to see, I expect to see. And then you see, I see, not I will see, we're not doing I will see, we're not doing feature because we learned about affirmations and we learned the power of that. So we're doing I see myself typing faster. And as we do that, we will find that we will actually observe that change occur, when that change has occurred. We know that that has happened, what we have written has happened. So then our journaling has power in it and we know that so we can test that out with many different sample statements.

I today I intend to write, I expect to add, I see. We can use those three statements intend expect, see. Now, think about that is this the intention that we set seems to be off in the future, but remember, nothing is accurate. In the future, there is no future. I dare to say that there is no future. There's only the present.

And it's happening now time is a thing that we experience based on our understanding of the world in a linear form. Right. But right now all the power is right here. So for us to say I intend to see is simply allowing your mind to accept that it's going to happen, or it's happening. I expect to see is again, a weakened in the mind state. Okay, I'm receptive to this.

I want to see it. So I'm open to it. And then the last statement, which is I see is telling the mind right now, buddy, it's happening right here right now. Isn't that awesome that we are able to do that. So there we go. Those are the three steps to that.

And we write it out that way. If we want to see I use this in my life in a specific way. And I'll tell you right now how that happened for me at one time in my life, If I had an interest in mixed martial arts and fighting and all of that, and I set out the intention, I'd always been doing it. I've been a martial artist for all my life, but I set the intention to go pro as a fighter. And I set all the intention while I was doing all my Qigong and all the different things to become a professional fighter. So I said to myself, I intend to see myself learning new styles of fighting new techniques.

And that's kind of how I set up that first part. The second part was, and you can use this verbatim and then transform it to your life, right? I expect to see myself being faster, stronger, being the best. That's what I put. And obviously these things were driven by a need to accomplish something. But that was that point in time, and we continue to advance the last part was I see myself being a professional fighter.

So I put that out there. I started that on my own. And would you believe that very week, about two days later, I swear, this is not me making this up. I went off to the random gyms that I would just go and work out in, in my building. I drew in a CI Gong master that wanted to work with me, right? A Tai Chi Master, no lie, and a chemical master.

Three masters are unaware or thin here got attracted to me to come work with me. And they were working with me while I was teaching them my MMA stuff, which I had already mastered. But I wanted to take my game to that next level. And these guys were suddenly drawn to me also this also the blue to come work with me and I was learning all these different arts and getting so much better at this stuff. It was like whoa. And then I realized, whoa, I was the one who said set that up.

I did that. And it transformed my experience. All of a sudden, I would get up early in the morning and feel motivated to go outside and do Qigong, and all these different things. And I was working with that, and I had these leaps and bounds occur for myself. So then it's like, Huh, I realized, I'm the one pulling that string. If I'm to journal about it and continue to do that.

I'm creating, I'm definitely creating the experience shows that to me, as I have asked. So journaling is quite powerful. And like it worked for me. I've seen it work for a number of people around me. I've shown people out to do this through dark as well. And their life.

Their lives have totally totally, totally shifted. For instance, there's this one lady I worked with, I won't call her name right now, but I worked with her and she sets out the journaling requirements. She did not work in the beginning. And she wanted to transform her community. She wanted her community to be open to the type of life. She wanted to Which is being that light being connected having community that understood that and that you can talk to about that.

She wanted to have her a guy relationship with a guy that you really really felt drawn to. Right. And she wanted to create a fine none show, state of financial abundance right. Now, all three of those things, each one came through perfectly. The first one community, she's actually involved in our community, no big time, like some of my friends that I mean ought to be seeing everyday. She now was involved in that community heavily and really, really hit it off and she really enjoyed her life.

Because she became just like them and not her, like her essence was now in a vibration that was equivalent to what she set it out to be. So now all these people were drawn to her and I didn't even introduce them but there they are there Friends now, and they're fighting and doing everything together, forming communities doing all these wonderful things together. So that's one way that can happen. That's one. Part Two, the relationship that she had was with this guy who's an amazing musician, right? And he's really, really a good guy.

Also a friend of mine. I didn't even set that up, either. She didn't know that we were friends either. But she met him. How did she meet him, she met him because their vibrations were similar. That's what happens when you fight together, things attract.

And so she met him. And now they're together and things are wonderful in that way. Third step, which was the financial abundance part, she actually ended up being in a business that was along the lines of exactly what she wants. And she made a group of friends who are women who work together in business, and boom, things are taking off for her financially. She has the money to do whatever she wants to do, and she's telling me how grateful she is for her life being changed to that degree. It's not about me, it's about the work that I gave her.

Intention that she set out. But luckily, I was able to be the tool or to help her to see the tool so that she could do that. And so journaling totally works. It totally, totally, totally works. why it works. However, it's not because you're writing, not because the people has magic, not because the pen has magic.

Why it works is because you're writing it and you're combining it from yourself to yourself. If your mind knows it's there, just like before, then it's there. The only difference is that because you write it, you get to see it, process it and see what the idea looks like as well. You Daydream a bit. And in that daydreaming, you're setting a direct stream to what's that thing. And so whatever has to happen for that thing to take place will happen.

So journaling is a dynamic, an awesome tool. It's one of the best tools that I've come across in my experience that I would do that every morning in 2008. I probably wrote Probably, I have a dialog, actually, my journal was a bit bigger, because I felt I wanted to write, I enjoyed writing. And I'd write like, probably 24 things that day that I really, really enjoyed I was that gung ho about it, you know. So I would write all these things on a daily basis. And if I look back in 2008, now I can see d by d, every single day where I got up and wrote my things down, because that's how I was about it.

And I also see how later on that year, those things had been fulfilled. And then I had to go write new things. And so my life evolved, according to my writing. And that's how your life can evolve also, according to your writing, you write things you experience them and use each day as a marker to move forward and forward and forward and forward and forward and forward. And you can set up whatever you want, whatever your experiences that you want, if you want to go to Peru, write down that write that down, write whatever it is, and you'll find all those things just lined up for that to happen. Right now all the things I set into place I didn't accomplish based on that.

Based on that, you know, it didn't happen by chance. It happened by me actually embracing the fact that okay, it's in my mind, I am going to create it the way that I would love it to be. And I will enjoy that and let the creative force that's running through me and ask me enjoy itself in that way also. So journaling is an amazing tool. Remember, the tools are, I intend to see, I expect to see, I see. If you do those three tools, or write it down, your journaling will be top notch and you will have the life you desire.
