Transcript

Hello and Good day. Today we all know one of my favorite topics. It's meditation. This is this is a great topic. I'm King Gabriel, of absolute realization, coaching and healing and meditation. Now, in meditation, there are three recognize different parts, there may be many around there, but these are the three main parts that are identified across all the fields right?

The first one is transcendental. This is what a lot of the Yogi's and highly advanced people tend to deal with, right? And Transcendental Meditation is simply the art of transcending the mental process, where you observe the mind but you are not partaking in the activities of the mind. The mind is still functioning because it never sleeps. It never stops. But you will be the observer of What's going on in the mind and not be right there in it?

Right, you'll be observing it. The next one is transpersonal meditation. Now this is where a lot of the psychic stuff takes place where you get to link with other minds, which are actually still your mind. It's only one mind that exists. But it seems like we have other minds here. Right?

And then there's waking, also called walking, sometimes meditation. walking meditation is simply the practice of relating to one another, by extending the energy that's present in you to that other and recognizing that the world is one. That meditation is one that you can do all day long, you can do it overnight. Right. And it's also called Zaza and in some places and would be sitting here in stillness and observing a tree or something, but it's the same process that's involved an extension of love from inside to that thing, and being able to recognize that I think and you're one in that oneness. That is what It really boils down to and that is whether we can, or sometimes walking meditation is called or works out to be, right.

So those are the three types that we're dealing with transcendental transpersonal and walking meditation, or we can meditation. Transcendental Meditation. This is how we achieve, transcend the transcendental meditation. We get in a relaxed state, whatever it be. Now, there's a lot of debates as to whether you want to sit upright so the spine stays upright, and cross your hands and feet so that you know that the circuit is complete. Here's the thing about this.

And this is me breaking it down into its simplest form to save you and to save many people time. Okay, because time is what we're dealing with. We believe in time and we have this little thing where we get to experience it. We don't have to do but we'll get to that later. While the belief in time exists, this is what serves us best Yogi's etc, train really hard to get their body to a state where they can feel relaxed in a nice seated meditation position, whatever the mudra is, whatever it is, they want to be really, really relaxed when they're doing it right. That is not necessary.

It is a lot of hard training to train our body to do something. Right, where the mind can be trained to get to that state without the body doing that specific thing. The body is below the mind the the mind can heal the body and can do things with the body can take the body to do different activities. But the body itself is not in control of the mind. It seems that way here. But no, it's not.

Truth is that the mind is over the body. So if you can get in a relaxed state, whatever it is, you can lay on your back as long as you don't fall asleep. You can sit up. Now Benny back feels kind of uncomfortable, it puts strain on the muscle. So it may make you feel uncomfortable. The main thing is that you're very, very comfortable.

Because you don't want to be having to move because your back is hurting or having to move because something is crashing or out of place or whatever, right? So you want to be there, you want to be seated, or lay down, whatever it is really relaxed, but not so that you fall asleep. That's the goal. Don't fall asleep. Okay. So there you are.

You're in there. And all you're doing is letting yourself be if thoughts come to you. You let them pass. You let them pass your thought come up. They will come up, you let it pass. It will come up.

You let it pass. It passes across your mental screen and go straight through and as it goes straight through, you recognize that you're in the Oneness right now. We're in it. We are here right now. There's only one thing happening. And so that's a quick little experience.

So transcendental meditation, we just went in and came back out. Right? But that's how simple Transcendental Meditation is. You get there, you have a thought on it. You release it. part comes in.

And then the mind becomes clear and free. And then you're in that state again. So we just went in twice. Isn't that amazing? All right. So that's how easy Transcendental Meditation is.

We just meditate twice a day. By the way, the length of time you meditate for is only how long it takes you for your mind to be clear. You don't have to meditate for three or four hours. I've had experiences happen after three hours, but that was because in the beginning, I was just learning to train my mind to do that. No, I can do that on the drop of a dime. So I can meditate for two minutes and get the results that I want.

Have gotten by meditating for three hours in the past. It's not easy. The goal of meditation is to connect with stuff completely, to align self and make sure that the wills or whatever we call it are one. Once that oneness is achieved, there is nothing to be done. So meditation is then your experience completely. So that's Transcendental Meditation.

Transpersonal meditation is a process that takes place. By understanding that in your oneness in your unity by aligning your total inside, you can think of the chakra system and then light it up and understand that the light that's flowing through you from heaven to earth as that beam of light, continuous on expanding in everybody. If it isn't everybody on this land, then you can link to another being. So you guys can sit together and have a transpersonal meditation where you decide that you're gonna sit with this person, you guys both align, run through your chakras really quickly. Read Yellow, sorry, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, right around the throat. It's blue, right?

Indigo and violet. Right? You run through those, you light them up one by one. And when I say light them up, he starts up on you a lot of lights have filled the red, let it wash out, you allow the light to fill each one coming up until they're all flooded with that light. And you recognize the tube that's flowing straight down. So you're totally lit up right then when you're totally lit up the person that's with you, does the same.

You sit there together, and you ask that person you must ask that person because anything else would be sort of invasive in terms of your mental understanding of what's happening. You say to them, is it all right that I received the message received messages on your behalf? And if the person says yes Then they will not hinder anything that happens either. Nothing is hindered in your experience, they will allow messages to come to you directly. When those messages come to you, you can then share them afterwards when you put to it for each other. And you say, Well, hey, this is what I heard.

This is happening in your life, this is happening. And you'd be surprised to see how that works. We did that experiment a number of times. And each time it was spot on in terms of what the other person actually was looking forward to in their lives, what they had experienced and what they were stepping into. Right. So we're able to help each other in that way, because it's one mind you know, the CO creator.

In that sense, we co create in the sense that I have my individual energy right here. That person has individual energy, although it's what in the one mind and in the respect of time and space. We can share with each other in that way. But it's still not absolute reality, which is what we will get to by the end of this course. Still, it's fun to play with these things sometimes. And even though we play with them, we know that they're not the be all and end all.

But all these things are available, psychic abilities, all these different things that show up for us, telekinesis, all these things are possible due to the fact that it is one mind and we can actually be in two places at once we can buy locates and all that because it's all one field. It's not a stretch, it's not fantasy. It's not really like so far fetched to think that if we share fields, I can pick up on the thoughts that are across the room, because the thoughts that are across the room are actually not across the room. They're in me, they're in me, they're very, it's just up to me to realize that Okay, that's in me. I intend to locate that right now and express it. That's all it is your non local, not located in one in one specific place, right.

In the Bible, they stated it as God is omnipresent and omnipotent. Yeah. omnipresent and omnipotent, all powerful, all the power is in one place. And when I say in one place, I'm in one place, right? So that's that. That's why these things work.

So that's transpersonal meditation, sharing between people. transpersonal right. And then the weekend meditation, as I said, then is one of them. Another way is walking in blessing people with the light. When you walk around in your daily experience, there's two ways of working in the world who is limited in the world. You can live in a world where you watch people, you make judgments, you see things happen and you laugh, and all that stuff and you laugh because you feel bad for them.

Or seeing them hurt or go through their thing is funny, but it's still a little bit of judgment there. You know, if you see someone fall on a banana peel, for instance, and for a lot of people laugh at that one. But my primary concern in that would be Are you alright? I go live the person up and then maybe after we laugh together, which is awesome, but it's a laugh. them would be laughing at them because that was funny. And it was embarrassing for them.

And then I feel better because I'm in because they were embarrassed. And that's not really what we want to strive for, we want to strive for is that nice, beautiful equal space where we're concerned for that person because they are us, we understand that. Right? But then, when we both get up from whatever that situation was, we can be like, Ah, that was so funny. You know, you know, that's funny. That's good.

That person is involved in the laughing and nobody's being laughed at the situation is being laughter. Which is awesome. Because we know nothing. Is that serious, right? The point is this. As we walk in the world, again, if that way, the way of watching things, judging things, judging people judging and judgment takes a toll on us or we can live from the standpoint of actually living in a world where we know we're all equal.

We know that person is exactly like us. We know it's one thing happening, not two, not three, just one thing happening. And we can walk and deliberately share our energy. Bless the people that we see. Bless the folks walking on the street. And when I say bless, I mean deliberately set the intention in our minds to share our light with them.

We share our light with them, we see them as light, and we connect. And as we connect, we heal. We bless We bless everybody, we come across. And while we're healing, what we're actually doing is in our minds, we're creating that space, where we recognize that everything is laughs everything is us. We're blessing this person, blessing that person. But what we're actually doing is cleaning our minds of all the mistakes that we had that created those situations in the first place.

So then we're clearing our mind Slayer man is actively actively walking around and doing that. We go on the bus, we go in the car, anywhere we go, we go skiing, we go hiking, we go swimming, whatever we do, we see people, we bless them and then the world that we live in is all of that all of the world is like that. So we create a new world within our minds and creates a brand new world. That's how we change our world. And that's what helps When we start to practice weaking meditation. So based on those three types of meditation, you can see how they go hand in hand, right?

We can have Transcendental Meditation where they fall into that zone instantly. And we know where one with everything. And we observe that and we're at peace inward. Inner Peace is achieved. That state of stillness transpersonal, meditation, any questions to be asked any psychic abilities anything to guide us in a direction that would make us feel closer to each other closeness is achieved, or making meditation where again, we share the light and the love. And in that way, everybody is able to partake in that one world.

That's how we change the world. It's not an external job. It's an inside job, right? So those are our three types. They're all very good. Powerful.

Take your time, within this experience within the next few days or weeks, or however long you feel to because this is something you can continue to do, and walk around blessing people randomly shift your world, you will start to see that the people around you will start. This is what happens initially, you walk around and you find people smiling at you randomly. And you don't know why. But they're smiling at you because you're being generous to them. And even in their state of walking around and being frustrated or whatever, initially, when they feel that energy because it actually happens then, and they feel that energy, they have no choice but to be more open to you. Because you're actually opening yourself to them, you're lighting them up, and it is of no harm to you.

You are your safest when you bless people. When you bless people you're recognizing yourself and them as the light and therefore there is no threat whatsoever. This is the thing that keeps us free and keeps us in the light and love of the universe. were meant to give. We are giving creatures by needs here by nature as in how we were created in spirit, not in body, but in spirit were meant to give. So that was a wonderful experience.
