In this video, I want to share with you the seven ingredients for an extraordinary life. After working with hundreds of clients, helping them get their lives organized and balanced. We were noticing that a lot of times people were focusing on a very specific area of their lives. But they were not succeeding, they were not moving forward, and they were not feeling well and balanced. And then something that we were doing always is like, okay, let's have a peek to your life holistically. Let's have a peek about all the areas of your life.

What are you doing, how are you feeling about them? And then what we noticed is that sometimes when we were pointing things out, and when we were asking them about maybe Okay, you are stressed with, for example, your physical spaces because you have a lot of clutter, but they were not seen that maybe they were not nurturing their friendships that they weren't spending enough time with family, they will maybe not exercise as much as they will like so When we're asking them when was the last time that you laugh really hard. And when was the last time that you were having so much fun. And then they were starting to remember the activities and the people and everything that they were doing at that time. And they were, we were noticing that they were feeling a little bit better and a little bit more inspired than they were we realize like wow, like, it's so important to have a peek at a job holistically as your life and and then understand what's happening in every area because sometimes we are struggling, we are not feeling well.

And that's mainly because we are not nurturing everything that we need to nurture. So that's when we started reflecting. We started researching a lot about life coaching about self care about everything that we could find. And then we came up with this recipe for an extraordinary life and the recipe includes seven main ingredients. So ingredient number one is to the body and the body inclusive exercise nutrition grant So there's three things are really important if you don't have a healthy body, if you don't feel rested if if, if you don't eat properly, and if you don't exercise, you will have enough energy and your body won't be able to perform best. So it's really important to note those three things.

The second ingredient, excuse me, it's our mind. We need to have a clear mind, that's when self care comes in. That's when having great hobbies are doing something that is creative. Do fun, just play. Just play like when we were children who were always playing and having so much fun. We still need to play in our lives.

We need to make things fun as much as possible. And sometimes we just forget, we are so busy, we have so many responsibilities, that we just forget that life is all about having fun and having a good experience. So the mind is our meditation fortune to displace our spirituality, our religion and Anything that is important for you anything that helps you clear your mind that falls into this ingredient. The third ingredient is family family is very important we are given the family that we have, sometimes we aren't 100% happy or the situation is not easy. But that's the family that we have. And we have to try our best to make the most of it.

The next one is social social relationships are really important. These may include also relationships with your partner, if you have a partner and you have to surround yourself with the people that you love people that like doing things alike and it's very, it's really nice to have a very nice social support circle. And that's something that does kind of help you in rough times too. Like we have really good friend whoever fortunate and every time that we are having a bad day. We always enjoy the company. We always enjoyed sharing our challenges with someone else and that puts a lot of light into our Life.

The next one is actually Chinese world. It's a huge one because it takes away a lot of time from our lives. And then I really like the sentence it says working hard for something that we don't care. It's called stress of working hard for something that we love is called passion is from Simon Sinek. It's very, it's a very inspiring one. Sometimes we have to use it.

Because we need to pay our bills at the end of the month. And that's totally fair. But it's really important if you have if you can work towards that better future to Western something that you feel well. So this ingredient is really important in your career. The next one would be staff, staff is the things that we need to function. The household we live in the car that we used to drive all the stuff that surrounds us, so many people have traveled too many things.

So things are taken off their lives and we help them a lot with decluttering and becoming a minimum and things like that. So stuff has a huge impact in your life. And it's very important for you to take control of it. And the last one is giving back. Giving back is really, really important is one of the main things of why giving back could be volunteering, giving back could be helping someone that needs help. Giving back could be as simple as in my case, I like playing squash, for example, if I show up at a court and I see so many times I see people that just got started.

They don't know anyone in the club. And the Yes, I see their passion, I really see them wanting to learn really fast, so is taking an idea just spent a few minutes with them. And they are so grateful and it doesn't take me a lot of time or energy. And I played pretty well for the last four years. So that's something away from me too, to be back. There are so many other ways that you can give back.

Yes, try to be helpful. Try to make someone else's day brighter by small details. And your life will become because when you see that person being happier, you're going to be happier too. So this recipe is something that we have on a book about it too. You can check it out in the link below. But it's something that we believe is really important.

And every time that you have to make a decision in your life, you have to be intentional. And you have to think, how is this decision going to affect my life holistically. And then when you can think about all these ingredients, of course, everybody's going to be needy. Everybody's going to need different doses of these ingredients. Some people will need a lot of exercise. Some people will need a lot of work.

Some people will feel better, when they are spending a lot of time with family and friends. You have to find your own recipe. And that's the secret of life, finding your own recipe and using the self care and organizing skills to to make that work and to create the life that you feel well and inspire living So I hope you enjoyed this video, I hope you can apply principles of these ingredients.
