Hello and welcome. This is Dina Moray and welcome to Module One of the client attraction zone to getting clients with confidence program. Just a quick introduction about me. I'm an online business innovation and prosperity mindset coach and mentor. And I work with conscious entrepreneurs, coaches, authors, experts, consultants, to create best selling online programs and build a prosperous sole purpose online business. I've been involved in coaching and business for more than 16 years.

In this short and powerful program, you are going to create your client attraction zone where you approach connect and engage with potential clients with unshakable inner confidence that will shine through in your conversations. That piece when you're about to approach A client and you pull back. And you think, No, they won't want to hear from me. They have access to so many wonderful people, who am I that they want to talk to me or they don't have the money to pay me. Or once my website is updated with my new message, then I'll be ready. Or I can't get clients.

They don't want what I'm saying. Sounds familiar. We're going to change this to they'll be lucky to have me. They do have access to wonderful people who can help them and I am one of them. My clients do not invest in me. They invest in themselves through me.

Getting my website 100% up to date is an ongoing journey and has become a comfort zone. No more excuses. My Websites cannot reply, see, I am the goose who lays the golden eggs and not my website, I can work all of it out. So we are going from concept to practical implementation. We are creating a recipe for a ritual and add to it over the next five modules. And you can work through this at your own pace.

I do suggest that you do the modules at least three days apart, so that you can add to the practices and integrate them all. This is all about mindset and result in your energy vibration that either attract or repel clients. Doing mindset and energy work is a process and for it to work. It needs to be experienced in your body and integrated In other words, it needs to be embodied. Okay, you need to have your workbook printed. In the workbook, you will see the different modules indicated clearly.

And there's also a page for your own notes after every module. Now, throughout this whole experiential program, there are exercises to be completed and I invite you to pause the video and complete every exercise before you continue. Okay, let's start. as coaches and healers, spiritual entrepreneurs, what I'm sharing with you, you may know already and you may already be teaching this to your own clients. But you might not be doing it yourself. You know, the shoemaker does have shoes.

So it may be common knowledge, but not common practice for you. And that's why everybody needs a coach. So firstly, it's about awareness. You can't change what you're not aware of right? You have to become aware of the story that you tell yourself about not getting clients, not getting in front of your clients, not getting leads, not signing them up, not enrolling them, not selling your programs. Although there are different strategies for all these stages of growing your business.

What we are covering in this program is the foundation of all of the above. So just to be clear, I assume that you have your sole purpose niche and message sorted if you are not clear about That then that will definitely add to you not attracting your ideal clients. So look out for my discover your sole purpose niche program. And just so you know, I also do a one on one VIP day with my clients to sort out this all purpose niche and niche message. I want you to become really present. Thinking about getting in front of your clients, attracting them, approaching them, talking about your work to them, what happens? What thoughts come up, what feelings come up, what emotions come up and what judgments come write all of it down. Plus for every statement Ask yourself why you think that? And write that answer down to. So statement because now pause the video and complete this exercise before you continue.

As you read your story, what you have written down? Is that how it plays out? does what you have written actually happen? Do you accept that you create this? Now, you may know this, but what's really important here is to really become aware of how you create the story over and over again. So how do you do this?

As you think so you feel resulting in a mind body state, and then you respond from that mind, body, state. And your response as an outcome or a result. Now your thoughts send out the signal and your feelings draw the experience back to you. that matches your feelings, your energy, your vibration. And that's the law of attraction in action. So if you think I can't get clients, then you probably feel afraid.

And how would you respond from feeling afraid? You probably won't do anything. You would procrastinate and not follow through on your client getting activities, right. So, look at your story. Look at the statements, your beliefs and the feelings etc. And remember how you responded, thinking your thoughts and feeling your feelings and what the results were Now as you experience your story and becoming aware of your energy, put yourself in the body of your potential client looking at you through their eyes.

What do they see looking at you? What do they hear? How confident and congruent does your voice sound? And how do they perceive your energy? So with that energy that you radiate, would you work with you? Would you trust you to help you?

Again, pause the video and answer this in your workbook. Looking at your story, see if you can find any signs of blame. The answers to the why you think that question two statements he asked us to ask him Why, what is causing this? Is it the economy, not enough certifications, the clients not being open, feeling sorry for yourself for not being good enough that energy, you radiate that energy and that is the language of a victim of not having a choice as if this is all happening to you. As much as you realize now, that is nonsense. And BS.

Blaming also robs you of your powers. Your power to choose to respond and by blaming you or not respond to enable. You are not able to respond in a way that would empower you. You are not seeing yourself at cause you act as if you are No choice as if you are subjected to somebody else's rules. Does that make sense? So just remember that there's no judgement here, just awareness.

If the first step is to gain awareness of how you create your world, the second step is to take ownership of your thoughts, feelings, words and actions, and to realize that they are yours. And they're also your powers that create your world. So they are your internal powers of thoughts and feelings, and your external powers of words and actions. Nobody can make you think, feel, say or do anything. These all come from you. We often hear You make me so angry or it's all your fault that I'm in this mess.

In the same way that nobody can make you think, feel, say or do anything. You cannot control how someone else will respond. Because they respond from their thoughts and feelings. Now when you take ownership, you take responsibility and accountability. So when we take 100% responsibility, it can be scary and liberating. scary because we realize is no one or thing to blame for where we are, and liberating because we can create what we want.

We can step into our power and become the gatekeeper of our thoughts. It's like changing your lifestyle. For example, you do To become a vegetarian, and with every meal, you decide that again, you choose a GYN what you are eating and not eating. And first you do that consciously until it becomes part of you and you don't think about it anymore. Make sense? In the same way you take ownership of your powers of thought, emotions, speech and action.

And this is important, because it reminds you that you choose how to respond to every thought, feeling, person, place, situation, thing, etc. So, why is this so important? choosing your response puts you at choice and at cause and it gives you the space and opportunity to step out of your comfort zone. Do something different than before. And as you go through these modules, this will become more evident. So let's now activate your responsibility bubble.

For me, this is like a superpower. And your responsibility bubble is your superpower number one. Take a deep breath, in and out. And again, in and out, and close your eyes if you like. Now, become aware of your power of thought that you can think, dream. Imagine.

Become aware of your power of emotion that you can feel happy, sad, angry, excited. Become aware of your past. of speech. with words you can praise you can curse, you can recite poetry. Become aware of your power of action. You can use your body to hug, to shake hands to kick, to kiss, etc.

Now, think of something small, like your hand or your toothbrush, something that you can, without any doubt, claim ownership off and say mine. As you think of that object that you feel strongly is yours. Feel that ownership and say aloud, it's mine. What's important here is to feel that ownership in your body. Now, take a deep breath and feel that ownership For your body, and now feel that ownership about your powers of thought, feelings, words and actions, saying and thinking, my thoughts, my feelings, my words, my actions, and go crazy as you're like expressing your ownership. Your body needs to experience something in order to change view or just going through the motions thinking about this.

It's not going to happen. Now, let these powers form a bubble around you to also protect you from the words that you might interpret as rude or insulting or hurting you so that they bump off the bubble. This is very handy. When you know that there are some people when you interact with him, that is bound to happen. So before as you're going to meet them, put your bubble around you. Okay, now that you are in charge of your powers, it's time for you to create what you want.

Thinking about your story up to now is that is what you're creating now, a whole new story or perhaps some improvements, some renovations. So, how do you want to be? By the end of this course? What thoughts, feelings, words and actions do you want to have about getting clients about getting in front of your potential clients and your clients? What do you want to believe and integrate? Pause the video now and do this exercise before you continue.

As you read your new story, and as you experienced that step into your potential clients body looking at you with this new energy would you now work with you? trust you? I'm sure that's a resounding yes. Definitely an improvement if that scale from one to 10 and you started off at anywhere. This is definitely an improvement. Yes.

How was that for you? What did you become aware of what realizations or Ha's of questions do you have? Write down your thoughts. You have space for your own notes. Now, your home play is to activate your responsibility bubble. And for that you have the audio To activate your superpower number one, do this every day for the next 30 days to ingrain integrated fully as part of your being.

This is also called the power zone pattern designed by Dr. l. Michael Hall of neuro semantics. Also revisit and expand on your story of before to see if there was anything that you missed. And that you want to create the opposite of in the new story of what you want and how you want to be. And read your new story of who you want to be to yourself. See it, feel it, embody it, celebrate.
