Okay, now one of the cool things that I absolutely love, absolutely, love is longtail Pro. longtail Pro is a one time fee, I think you can even get a $1 trial to $1 trial through my link and then you can upgrade to a lifetime license as well for like 297 it's totally worth it. And if you think that that's too much, it's an investment all you got to do lists the keyword research gig on Fiverr or you know, teaching people how to use it on Udemy you're gonna make your money back that's all I gotta say. Like everyone loves keyword research, people will pay hundreds of dollars per keyword research. That was my one of my wife's first jobs on the internet was just keyword research. She loved it.

People would pay her hundreds of dollars, just to do an hour of keyword research. I was just floored by it. But everyone understood how important it was. You know, they were at that level and they were technically savvy, but not enough to know which ones to choose and why. And that was a huge portion of her income. So, I mean, you could make make a living off of just having keyword research.

So having LTP is a one time purchase is well worth it and they constantly update it and they even have a residual One, two, I think it's something like 17 bucks a month. It's really inexpensive. Maybe it's like 27. Now, either way, it's just absolutely perfect because you can either do the one time and they have a desktop version, which I'm going to show right here. This is the desktop version. Or you can actually go to Zack dash miller.com forward slash LTP.

And it's going to come to this page where you can start a $1 trial. I think it's probably a week or two weeks, and you just get to use the desktop version as well. That's online. I have a standalone as well. It's downloadable. And all of these just allow you to be on the fly doing a ton of amazing research.

Like I said, you can get paid some good money for it. So inside of here, what I have chosen to do, and I'll just go ahead and delete these little site items. So we're only focused on like keywords is you can come in here create a campaign say I want to look up things inside the UK. I will then look up United Kingdom. There we go create the project. Once you three were off, search up anything that you want inside here, you know test keyword, it's going to generate that it's going to log in for you and Keyword Planner, pull that information.

And just like I've already pre populated that data inside of the USA to campaign. I'll just switch back over to that. You can keep all of these things separate and unique from each other. And what I often suggest that you do is come over here. Turn off the Amazon keyword competitiveness unless you do Amazon The advertiser because that's not necessary, and you're going to be left with everything that's good here, all you got to do is click on the calculate button. Now there is a fun thing that I will give you as a hack.

It's called mouse recorder Pro. I don't think I'm going to show my desktop because they'll give away a lot of my juicy secrets of SEO and what I use and how I set them up. But I have a mouse recorder Pro, it's a free tool that you can download on the internet. It is basically a white arrow just like the arrow that you see right here. And as a red circle around it, mouse recorder pro maybe mouse recorder pro two, it just calculates your mouse movements like a macro. So I would go through this one time.

Just like that and then I would click right here and then that's it. I would end the macro. And then if you have like 800 keywords someone wants to pull you have you pulling insane massive amount of keywords in their company. You can, and you can just put it on autopilot by saying, Hey, you know, one of these pages is 2800 divided by 20 is you know, you got to just repeat this 40 times. So you could set it for repeat this one action 40 times walk away from your computer for five minutes, have a cup of tea, make a ton of money from doing so little work. So it's kind of fun just having all this stuff here.

If you don't want anything, you can click Cancel. You can also trash keywords here as well, just like that, you'll see how they go into the trash. That way you can recover them if you'd like to as well. So as you can see, they're pulling what's known as the average keyword competitiveness. I'm just going to quickly dive inside one of these keywords so you can kind of understand what's calculated inside of that Casey. There's a lot of information obviously So it's the trust flow.

And that's the trust of the links and what Google has attached to every website that comes into its database, and what it has for links that are linking to it and how it trusts it and its reputation as a website that's 2.6 years old. And then the citation flow, which means, hey, there's a lot of links coming into it 42 that's a good strength. But the trust of all these links isn't too high. Now the domain trust flow and domain. Citation flow is across the entire domain itself, not just the homepage, then how many external backlinks are there? How many unique referring domains so there's 7000 links to this website, but only from 236 websites, so it's doing a lot of repetition.

Same with this social media marketing. It has almost quarter over a quarter million links only from 430 websites. So 13 Edu And Gov backlinks. That's probably why it's ranking so high. It's one of the youngest on the web page, except for this one 1.2. And let me tell you, having edu or government backlinks is extremely powerful.

It's says a lot about your website, internal back links 24 indexed URLs 20,000. So it has a lot of URLs to it means there's a lot of probably pages to this website. Now, are they all beneficial? That's a that's up to the Google to determine why it only ranks the homepage and not an inner page. When you rank something like an inner page like right here vSf marketing.com, forward slash Tampa dash SEO calm or company. It's probably a landing page for all those keywords.

And that's going to even be better in terms of rankings because people are going to click on the first few results right up here. You know, usually top five or eight results. They're going to click into all these tabs. They're gonna see what's the most targeted? What has the headline that I just searched inside? And is saying, Are you looking for Tampa SEO, you know, if you're just the tamp SEO company and you rank your homepage, that's great, you're gonna get a lot of good results as well.

But if you're ranking inner page, which is why I say Google Plus marketing, plus inner page website marketing, oh, that's like a dream made in heaven, it's gonna be more relevant because you can optimize that entire page to this specific keyword. So that's what all this is for. And that's kind of all that's found and compiled inside of that KC rating. So to get to the top two spots, you know, 37 and 34. But overall, it's about 24. You know, if you want to get on page one, so that's probably a pretty good keyword to go after.

So 24 it means that the KC rating, it's actually gone down from when I last checked it, which was about a 35 But Google did just put out a new update, which made relevancy the core issue of all rankings. Outside of that, we can download this entire thing by just clicking right here, export keywords, it will export it to the desktop. And from there, we can kind of organize these based on competitiveness of what we want to rank. And we can do that. What I usually suggest is in sets of 10, so you know, you're not gonna find a lot of keywords that are one through 10. You might find a few random every now and again, when you do a huge lot of keyword research that are 11 through 20.

Most are going to be as you see 21 through about 60. Most of that anything that's been over 40 is really difficult to rank for anything it's over 50 forget about it, just that's something you come back to in years time, but in the next coming weeks, months, etc for rain. Look at low, low hanging fruit, the more you rank of those, the more Google's going to give you just for free. Those big altra. God, I wish I could rank for that keywords and you will. So start with usually, you know, a 21 to a 30.

Start ranking any of those keywords, those are your low hanging fruits that you want to go after. And when you start ranking for those, then you can go for that next set, and then that next set, and then it shows that, hey, I'm able to overtake these other keywords a lot easier because I have a bunch of other terms that are relatable that already ranked page one for it. So that's basically the idea behind keyword research. Now if you don't use LTP, you don't want that one time fee or that ongoing cheap it's like 17 bucks a month if you just do a monthly fee, and you only use it for a month. If you don't want to do that there is a free route still but it you get limited searches and limited data. And it does something very similar to LTP.

Locate locates your average keyword competitiveness, but in a little bit of a different realm, a lot of the same ranking factors but just one or two less. So that's why I like LTP. But if not, I'll be covering the free one next
