All right, one of the first places that I want to start is the difference in keywords and keyword phrases. Now, when I talk about a keyword, there's usually different parts to it. There's what we'll call the seed, and Id or an identifier. There can be additional ones that create it to be long tail. And then there's one that we could consider even separate outside of that that makes its own mix. I'll move that up a bit, which I would consider local.
So I want to discuss mainly the ideas between these three right here and a seed keyword more or less if we were to do something say around search engine optimization, SEO then In that sense, SEO would be our key seed keyword. Now an identifier, maybe something like a service. So we would do SEO service, SEO company SEO, firm SEO. so here we can go inside multiple things. So I'll say company, firm service. And then a longtail phrase would be something that's added to it.
Now, this longtail phrase can come at the end or the beginning. It could even be a question like what is the best seo service firm? So it could turn into a question or it could even be something like SEO service near me. SEO firm reviews. SEO company what to look for When hiring all of these different words or phrases can make it go on multiple terms, or I'm sorry, multiple words. And often when I think of a longtail phrase, most the times what I'm trying to do is four or more terms.
That's my main idea for a longtail a seed keyword is going to be one to two, your identifier maybe between one and sometimes three, depending on the industry and niche and how long something that's maybe paraphrased like a dap, you know, a depth adjusted science cyanic I forget what the whole acronym was, but it can be used for something to identify within that industry, which may be you know, sonar sonar dap, so then that spelled out and that would still be an identifier term. So it can have multiple words, but oftentimes, it's just a few short simple ideas or phrases inside of SEO or you Looking to get a service done? Are you looking for maybe a guide, you know, it could be something outside of hiring for SEO, and maybe, you know, SEO DIY, do it yourself, right? And then a longtail phrase would be SEO, do it yourself guide for optimization or for ranking in Google, you know all of these additional terms.
And there's a lot of things, it's almost infinite and what can be done inside of here, and how it can be combined. So what I'm going to be offering is actually a free software that has the ability to give you all these longtail phrases that Google doesn't even normally suggest. And these are things that they don't get dozens or even hundreds of searches. But over time, they do get a lot. And I'm going to tell you this 80% of all searches inside of Google. Google has never seen before, which means 80% of all traffic.
All right. Sorry. There we go. So this is only 20% of all traffic. And then you have here 80% of all traffic, all traffic are longtail phrases, phrases that have been newly types in Google's never seen this before. That's kind of amazing to think about.
Whereas we're doing sometimes billions of searches a day and out of billions. Google hasn't registered those keywords before ever. That's amazing. I think that that just gives you an idea of how wide the field is. In the terms of keywords and keyword phrases especially longtail that you can collect. These phrases will become more popular as the internet gains more traction inside of our daily commutes and lives.
So definitely ranking for these things. Now while set your advantage is the best thing to do. longtail phrases are the easiest things to rank for. And then good Has what's known as an aggregate ranking algorithm. And what that basically does is it says, Hey, if you're ranking for a lot of these things, you know, 80% of your rankings are, are these longtail phrases, we're just going to give you those short tail phrases, and those c keywords for free. No need to do anything else.
I think that's amazing. So it really is a focus on the niche or the niche inside everything that you do regarding keywords. So I just wanted to basically get you on the right foot so you can identify that this is what would be considered short. And then at this point, it's considered, again, long tail right long. So that's the difference between your seed and short term or short keyword, keywords and your long tail keywords.
