Okay, so there's a big difference inside of keywords outside of C long tail identifier. You know, I get that. A lot of you're probably thinking there's millions of keywords out there, you know, I can break it down between that but that still leaves a lot. Well, the main thing that you want to go in between is that there's what I consider the dead zone over here. But right here in the middle, you have research and there, these are the types of terms where people are saying, you know, what is the best seo company what is the best seo services, what are backlinks? And well you have even before that is people who are discovering generic terms like, you know, what I would really call the pre research like One example that really comes to mind, I wrote some articles around it and they attracted the absolutely most inappropriate people who were leads supposedly, inside of our system, which is what is SEO, you know, what is anything you know, what is you know, basic idea in your industry, if they're asking about that, then most likely, that's not the best place to start inside of ranking for terms.

What you really want to do is you want to come outside the research even which would be like, who is best blank, you want to get inside of the buyer terms. And buyer terms are pretty easy to identify. Because all you're looking down to is you know, it gets very specific and this is where longtail phrases come into the exact motion that you want by dot dot dot, get dot, dot, dot, you know, order.dot.or, you know, blank reviews. And it's exact, you know, model number blank blank, you know, reviews. So they're very specific on what they want. They already know they're down to, you know, a specific type of backlink that they want, you know, a specific type of SEO Services, I'm saying get article submissions or article article submissions or, you know, how, how can I put this in a different way?

All I'm trying to do is get someone who's in the mind state of I already know what I want. I'm just trying to find the person who can give this to me in the best way possible with the most value, sometimes the price comparison shopping. But oftentimes, you can create a lead inside most industries. And that research is going to naturally pay off by just getting you buyers, who are, shall I say, people who are at the end of their research phase and turning into a buyer, and all you have to do is simply meet with them and connect the product or the idea that they're looking for. So buying terms are going to be a huge step forward, and you've been able to convert, if you come over to pre research, you know, they're asking what is Seo? What is a backlink?

What is, you know, why do I need backlinks? Why do I need Seo? Can I do SEO myself? You know, maybe that would be more of a research one where you're trying to educate them and move them into a buyer like no, you can't really do it yourself because there's 200 plus ranking factors and we studied that so you don't have to. You do your business. We do ours.

So You know, but you want to stay away from people who are just trying to get the very first grasps of your industry or product or idea that you're presenting, or whatever you're doing research for. People who are in the mode of research are asking questions like, which is the best Who should I talk to? What should I look for, you know, what type of backlinks are best what, you know, is it safe to build backlinks like this? So you're getting more specific inside of your research? Then the buyer phrases like I said, I'm just recapping for you is that modem of all right, I already did all that research, I'm done with that final step where I just need someone to create an link this final idea for me, you go after the buyer terms, you're going to be converting at way higher percentages here.

It's basically zero percent. here if you do great education, this is called cold traffic basically. All right. So if I can consider that cool this Would be nice, do not touch, it's gonna freeze you. But this is cold traffic, you can definitely warm them up. And when you do proper education, they're gonna look at you as like, Oh, this was the guy who was falling or the gal I was following.

They're great. They educated me, they helped me I know they got my best interest out, you can usually end up converting something like 5% through a remarketing campaign and retargeting you get their email address and follow up and you do all the right stuff that can end up converting well for you. But these buyers, now that everyone who's actually a buyer is going to buy from you. But the easier that you make it, the more of the market share you get, which is why you need to obviously have a sales funnel inside but this is all about keyword research. So inside here, you're literally looking at once people are all in that modem, they're ready to buy. That's where most of your buyers come from, because technically you even shift these people into a warm lead and get them going into the thought of Okay, where can I get this now, you know So how can how can this benefit me?

How much is it you know, where they're asking those questions pricing and getting more details on the packages themselves or you know the products themselves or looking at reviews. Those are great buyer terms to look after. And really try to rank for
