Alright, so here we've pulled all of the keywords that we need to get started the keyword competitions already laid out. So here I am inside my Excel sheet, all I'm gonna simply do is copy and paste all these into my other excel sheet. I'm going to add it to a tab at the bottom numbers should also have this one I'm going to end up deleting is everything except for these four details which is keywords justed, PPC, and of course the search volume and keyword competition. From here again, it's unused keywords keywords, we haven't researched focus keywords that we're really targeting. And then here is the keyword competition scores. So you have this and then what you may end up having is if they want you I often charge people extra for this and let me kind of show you what my my different little How would I say brackets are for charging people If I'm doing one to 10 keywords, and let me see if I can, there we go.

So, just mind the noise for a second. Alright, so one to 210 keywords, then what I'm going to end up charging usually is something like $5 you know, something very easy, then it's 11 to 50 keywords, I'm gonna end up charging something like $20 you know, something like that it's gonna jump up. And the main reason why is you know, I'm just saying, Hey, we're doing a lot more keyword research inside of this, we're going to guarantee from this, then we're going to find, you know, one or two gold keywords and I'll show you what you do with the gold keywords what they are and how they relate, but it's just the lowest competitive lowest hanging, you're going to highlight those specifically for them to know This is what you should focus on. Then I do something where I go, hey 51 to 100 is usually $40.

And then I do another package right the 200 or what is that? I think it's 500 plus and that's $100. So, all I'm really saying from here is that hey, if you want to be able to, you know, get the most amount of keywords the most research know your entire market and if you're, if you should go into it or should you not, I'm going to end up helping you figure that out. So you can you know, make this anywhere from 10 to $20 for your first few keywords to research because people will pay this. This is what most people will buy. But I'm telling you, it probably goes something like this 80% will buy this then between All these, you got your 20% and then honestly most of them are gonna end up being somewhere around in here getting these larger orders.

So just keep that in mind and then inside you're gonna say you know, we'll give you four to five gold keywords and then here we'll give you 10 plus gold. So that's what this is all about. This is my pricing schedule and I deliver it just like this by having multiple tabs. Alright, as you can see down here I have multiple tabs like I said my unused that my focus then here's the keyword competition score, and then I'll add in another one, they'll say something like gold keywords. So again, from here, I haven't really done much work, this is all automated up to this point. Then we get into the real manual sorting.

So even here I won't quite narrow down all the focus keywords. You know how I spent a little bit of extra time kind of narrowing down was this exact one right does that fit in would usually because of automation, just drag and drop, throw them all in, have all these competition keyword scores, and then I would start narrowing it down from here deleting these keywords. So the number one thing that I do is I sort smallest to largest for the keyword score. Then I look for the next ones which are okay SEO South Florida. So that's a good one. Local SEO Florida those are two really strong ones.

We're looking mainly at number one suggested bid, is it worth a lot of money? Do people pay for it? If they do, there is some good conversions behind it, obviously. Number two, how many local searches does it have? And then obviously, since everything's ranked on KC score, we're just trying to get number one, what has the lowest keyword competition, yet the highest amount of searches and we're going to come over here and this would be something where Hey, we researched were we reading Search tricky keywords. So what I would normally come back with four to five different golden keywords like I marked over here.

So there was there was two that's a pretty good one. So we'll add that as well. There's another one that's 1000 Oh, and here's one of the biggest ones, which is Tampa SEO. So right there we have five gold keywords for them. Another one that I might add would be something like this, because it has a lot of high searches. search volume is number one, it doesn't have pay per click.

That's not like to say it's not good. It's just that people that pay for keywords, you know for certain that they're at least converting or else they wouldn't keep paying for them. Right. So a lot of these keywords Have some Pay Per Click behind him. So obviously, these terms are converting. That's probably another good one Florida SEO agency.

And there we go, there's our all our gold keywords that we have all laid out gold keywords and just like this, you're able to deliver to people, everything that you need. Now the only other thing that I would ever suggest that you do is just kind of show them what's inside of a keyword take one of their gold keywords right here. And as you can see all of this, you're going to click this little export competitor analysis right here. And then all you do is you deliver this with the SEO or I'm sorry with the keyword research. And let me just quickly rip it over a little bit. I don't want you guys seeing all my special secret sauce stuff.

So gotta keep it over to the side. And I'll say Inside of all this, I'll rip all of this entire thing. And I'll kind of say, you know, you don't need that. So we'll go over here. Whoops, we'll paste that. And normally all the site age should be pulled with it.

This hasn't for some reason that's quite all right, even if it hasn't, all we're going to simply say is so that just lets people know hey, this is what we research just to get one Casey rating. I would say Just like that, and now everyone's going to understand all this going on throughout this entire sheet. So with just a little bit of work, not much, really, it's about 15 to 20 minutes to do research. And if you only have five keywords, it's like that it's literally just off the top of your head. What I normally do for this, the shorter ones, I'll type in google.com and I'll get their auto suggestions more than anything inside. So I'll come here Google, and I go Tampa, SEO, and then boom, I'll use Tampa SEO Tampa, SEO company Marketing Training Academy, and Tampa, Florida and then Tampa Bay, and then Florida spelled out as one.

Those would be all of the auto suggestions I'd use when someone pays me just for five keywords so that way I don't have to go into Keyword Planner. I'll just throw those five or six keywords, write them down, throw them into longtail pro or keyword Finder. Boom. get right back fill out this entire thing just like this except Guess what, you're not going to have unused keywords you're just going to have your focus keywords, keyword competition. Here's my one gold keyword which would be Tampa SEO, you need to go after that. And here's Tampa SEO is one thing when we research it, here's everything that we polled, people are going to love this love you, they're gonna come back, I have people who whenever they go into a new niche, or even want to help others go into a new niche, they'll hire me or outsource me and say, Hey, you know, go to this guy, he's gonna help you for 20 $50 be able to make sure that you're getting inside of an industry that's viable to make money inside of and this is how you deliver so that way you can make money as a freelancer while doing keyword research.
