So, what are the customer needs? customers in fact, they need five things, what are these five things, but before going to the needs, I want you to differentiate between two things. I want you to differentiate between the needs and the wants. If I am hungry, I want to eat, but if I will choose one return or one place to eat in, it means that I am trying to fulfill two things at the same time. I am trying to fulfill my want to eat or the hunger and the needs. So, what are the needs?

What are the things that the customer don't know even about? What are The things that if they are violated or if they are not fulfilled to the customer, they may be unsatisfied customers, they may be a troublemaker. Here are the five needs of the customers. This diagram shows us the five basic needs of customers or the five basic needs of in person enlarge. The basic five needs are tasting, smelling, touching, seeing, and hearing. This is what the brain always encode.

In the experience. There are five things that bring is encoding in the experience. And please note that when we say encoding in an experience, it's happening on an unconscious level. The brain itself doesn't know that something's is encoded, dig deeper in the sight of the person. These are the five minutes, I want you to know something very important. You may not be or your service may not be fulfilling the five needs.

It may be focusing only on one of the needs, on two of the needs or on three of the needs. But any physical product, a physical product in life. It's focusing on the five minutes. So I want you to think about for example, Apple stores, at these tools are giving us exactly the full experience. They are giving us the five senses. Think about visiting the store, think about visiting app in the store.

Think about what you see the design of the store and the cleanliness of the store. Think about the music. You listen. Think about Touching the materials have the materials are made in a very, very nice way. And think about what you are hearing from that increase from the customer service. And think about the smell, the smell of aroma they are using.

Here, there is no taste, but there is a full integrated experience. If you are visiting a restaurant, you will find that they are fulfilling the five needs, the thoughts of the food, the smell of the aroma and the place the music you are listening, the type what you are seeing, and of course, the taste. These are the five experience we always need to fulfill in our life. If you are an example in an industry of talking to people, or making audios to people, so you wait you may not be fully Filling the five needs, but whenever for whatever that needs you are fulfilling or whatever the needs you are targeting for whatever the needs people are coming to you to take, you must take care and you must ensure that you are fulfilling these needs. Right now, I want you to answer this question. What do you serve customers with?
