In short, this strategy is always be connecting.

You have to always be Connecting with your customers. How can I be connected always with my customers always be connecting is through two main things. Connection, which is the physical connection and the psychological connection. connection with people how you are talking with people. Are you open while communicating with your customers or not? are you communicating frankly with your customers or not?

And you can know this very easily through two main things, your business trend? Do you have more customers and more sales or not? If not, check the ABC always be connected. There may be something in the connection, not working properly. That's why customers are not making a lot of business or that's why customers are not making more business with you. What is in owners be connecting.
