So what are the five E's while dealing with customers? What are the five keys that the master salesperson must always have? The first is all about energy. Energy is in how you talk in how you deal with customers. It's all about your psychology, your state of mind. If you are not happy, if you are upset if you are angry, don't deal with customers.

And it's better for you to have a strategy or unique strategy for yourself to be always in an energetic mode, the energy, your energy, impact others and what's more important than being in a high level of energy is to be energetic.
