You have fizzles style, where there is no process and procedures and there is no personal side and you have friendly Zoo style where there is high personal side and no procedural side and there is fat freestyle, where there is high procedural side, but no person side and there is that desire style. The desired style is customer winning style. It is the style that you win customer with. And this is time is where you have very high procedural side and very high personal side.
