Welcome. Before we go any further in this course, I just want you to do two things, please print the workbook of the course, it's very important to have this workbook with you. And before we go any further, just let me ask you some questions. What do you offer to your customers, just think about what you offer to your customers. And please write it down in your workbook. And if the workbook is not ready with you right now, just think, and write it down.

What do you offer to your customers? This question is very important. The second question is, what do your customers need, and what do they want? What are the wants and the needs of your customer and it's very important in this course, to understand and to know that we are talking only about your customer. So we are individualizing your experience. We are talking about your customers, you are talking about only your customers, what are their wants?

And what are their needs? When do your customers need you? Or when do they go to you? If you have a shop, if you have a physical business, where do they come to you? And if you just offer services, when your customers call you, or when do they need your service? It's very important to understand and to know when your customers are in need for your services.

This question is one of the most important questions and we will base most of the course on the answer of this question. What are your customers five psychological needs? What are the main five psychological needs you customers need always from you. In short, who are your customers? And what do they want overall? And what do they want from you?

Before moving to the next video, I want to just to take some time thinking about these questions. And in the next video, I will throw to you some questions.
