Welcome back. One of the competencies you really, really need is continuous learning. I want you to know that there is a big relationship between learning and building rapport. As I told you in the last video, customers or people overall, would like to see people who would like to deal with people who are always growing, who are always improving and make progress in their selves. Whenever you learn, you will think that this has not been reflected to customers, but I'm going to tell you the truth, it will be reflected to customers. Whenever you learn something in your site is vibrating, something in your vibe is resonating.

And this vibration, customers will know it and there is another thing which is more important. You have always to be on the top of your business game, you have always to know what's new in new trends, what's new in your business, what's new in your business and in your customers needs. That's why learning is one of the most important skills or competencies you have to learn in the upcoming period. What else is very important for you to know? And to learn and to have it as a scale flexibility, you have to be very, very, very flexible. And I want to let you know that you will never be very flexible in your business.

And you will never have the needed resilience without being an avid learner. Because resilience and flexibility in business or flexibility when dealing with others is nothing more than the result of being on a very solid foundation of knowledge and skills. And this is what learning and ongoing Learning is going to give you in fact, you need many other competencies, the competencies that are going to work on this age in this accelerating age. So, in the upcoming video, I will share with you more of the competencies you need to have. And the competency I am going to share with you in the upcoming video is very important competency. So stay tuned and pay a lot of attention in the upcoming video, because in the upcoming video, you will know one of the most important if it is not the most important competency you have to have in your business life and in your personal life.
