Welcome back and let's talk about the competencies you need to master in order to ensure winning customers. I don't want you to attract customers, I don't want to retain customers, I want you to win customers and winning customers it means that you need two things. You need to communicate to the heart and their mind. You need to be sure that you are always offering them the needs and they wants at the same time. So what do you think the competencies you will need in the future for right now, in order to ensure winning customers? The first thing, you need awareness, you need to be aware of your product and you need to be aware of your customer and he is unique.

To be aware of the psychological needs of your customers, not of the customers of your customer, you need to make your homework you need to make some search. So let's say you are dealing with customers who are in the age bracket between 25 and 30. They have completely different psychological needs, and completely different unconscious needs than customers in the age bracket 30 to 35 or in the age bracket 35 to 40. So what they need from you right now is to make the whole thing this is what we named, ultimate awareness. It's not the awareness of your customers only. It's not the awareness of your products only.

It's the awareness of everything. The most important part of this is understanding the logical needs of your customers. And this is the first homework you have to do. In the workbook right now, there is a table and in this table, who are your customers, the age bracket? And the third part in the table is what are their psychology candidates make this research. And I want to tell you something, this research exactly will take from you, not more than 10 minutes just googling, what are the psychological needs of people in the age bracket from or what are the psychological needs of female in whatever you are doing?
