Welcome back. And let's talk about encoding the experience. I want you to think about the customer experience at this iceberg. 90% of the experience is encoded in the unconscious mind. And only 10% of the experience is encoded in their conscious mind. So, you produce the quality of your product, that the amazing product you're offering your customer is encoded in the 10% of his mind, but he will come to you once more according to the 90% according to what is encoded in the unconscious mind.
So this diagram is showing us what is encoded in the conscious mind and what is encoded in that unconscious mind. So as you see In the conscious mind, it's only a product, it's only the end result they will take from you. So, if you are for example, a consulting firm or you are working in designing materials, or if you are working in copy ads for the customers, I want you to know that the end product is only encoded in 10% of the mind of the customer, even if they are very happy with the end product. There are other things that may affect the overall experience. And it's what encoded in the unconscious mind. What will happen to the experience if you were so late in delivering customer needs?
Or how will they think if you didn't treat them in a positive manner or how would they think if you are always negative, if you are not smiling if you are not using the proper model The language these are the things that are encoded in the unconscious mind. And these are the main things that really, really, really affect the experience of our customers. The product is very important. Quality is very important. People will come the first time and the second time and maybe the third time for the quality of your product. But you will win them as lifetime customers with the quality of what you will give them in the unconscious mind with the quality of what you are offering them on a very deep level of conscious mind and how you are fulfilling their psychological needs.
And this is the only way to win customers for our lifetime. It's a combination of both. It's a balance between that brilliant idea, the amazing product, and the awareness and the understanding of customer psychology and giving them what they really need. And always remember, customers will come for you the first time, maybe the second and the third time for a one for what you offer, but they will be lifetime customers for what you offer them in terms of their needs, in meeting their psychological and the needs.
