Okay, so we have installed our database software that we need for this section. However, we need a way to connect our Python scripts to our Postgres SQL databases. In order to do that, there are a couple of options available, as you can see right here on this page. However, the most frequently used one is psycho PG two, as you can see right here on this page as well. And in order to install this tool, let's go to the windows command line and simply type in Python dash m, pip install, and now the name psycho PG two. Okay, so we have successfully installed psycho PG two, version two dot seven dot five.

Also, by the way, notice that we are using PIP version 18 dot zero however version 18 dot one is available. So let's use this opportunity to Also upgrade our PIP installation. As you can see, the command for upgrading PIP is available right here. So let's just copy and paste this. Of course, you should make sure that you are connected to the internet. And now we also have the latest version of PIP 18 dot one.
