Using your business etiquette skills, you are putting your best foot forward. It involves dealings with co-workers, employers, business partners, customers, etc. Business etiquette helps you develop strong relationships based on such behavior. 
As business is done more on a global scale, understanding cross-culture and international business etiquette have become more crucial when dealing with international clients.
We recommend that you take British Social Etiquette first as a foundation course. We have included two episodes of social etiquette as an introduction.
