Here's an exercise to begin your own path toward mastery. Take five minutes to list 10 limiting beliefs you have or recognize at the present. It can be your opinions, judgments, fears, anxieties are those shoulds you have in your life. It can be about your career, your family, yourself or the world. You do not have to address these beliefs today. At the end, we will discuss any new awareness that you have about addressing beliefs.
