Okay, after addressing the head, we're going to move down into the chest, the abdomen and the arms. So the next thing we're going to do is we're going to lightly tap the chest, you can either use your fingertips like this, or just use an open palm, I'm going to tap up around the collarbone area, down into the chest. So this higher padding relates to the area of our thymus gland and our thymus gland is the gland that often is referred to as the gland for our immortality for our youth and our vitality. So the belief is that if we can stimulate this gland that we can keep ourselves young. So tapping this lightly helps to increase our vitality and our energy down into the chest. Just slightly padding you can use one hand you can use alternating hands, this whatever is comfortable for you.

And the padding doesn't have to be very hard, it should be very light but you should still feel vibration in the body and even traveling up into the head slightly and we're gonna go down into the abdominal area. So we're gonna pat around the base of the rib cage down into the lower abdominal area. We're just going to move a little bit forward so it can bend forward. And then using the hands, you can either use the hands in the open position, or you can use very light fist. So the way I always think about light fist would be, you can look through a hole through the center or like you're carrying a little bag in your hand so that will handle so we're going to keep this nice and open and we've been forward and we pat the lower back. I personally like to use the light fist method.

Go up as high as you can up into the kidney area. And this is where you really want to be careful not to apply a whole lot of forces very light tapping. And you can tap down into the outside of the gluteal area. Then we take the open hand and start up between the neck and the shoulder area. Touching lightly and we pat down the shoulder, down the arm and I'm coming down the back of my arm. My hand palm is resting on my, on my knee.

So I just start from the top padding all the way down to the fingertip. Then I take my hand I turn it palm up and do the same thing. Now, turning the hand palm down again, that's gonna lightly rub down you thinking like I'm putting lotion on my hand on my arm. And with each stroke I'm gonna make it just a little bit lighter. Do my hand is just barely grazing the surface. Just touching the clothes.

I can do the same thing down the palm side And you can also add a feeling of drawing out. So if you have problems that kind of stagnation, tension, swelling, things like that, that you feel like you're pulling that excessive energy, that restricted energy, just letting it pull out through your fingertips and we do the same thing on the other side. Down the palm side and then robbing, smoothing each stroke just a little bit lighter than the one before.
