Now for the third part of fonts on Gong, we use verbalization. So traditionally, you would use the word song, and then what you would say that would be to start with the mouth, closed the tongue behind the teeth, and making kind of a hissing sound. To start out and then open the mouth gently and allow the own sound to come out. So it'd be like so and on you should have a feeling like a gong. Gong. So, so.

Oh. So, again, in Chinese, the this word has the connotation of you know, loose, relaxed thinking. I said these kind of very chill concepts. If the word doesn't mean anything to you If you can't wrap your your head around that, then you can use any word or any image, any visualization that represents to you this very calm, peaceful state. It's not even though we're thinking about energy coming down, particularly for people who have problems like with high blood pressure and nervous tension and things like that. You don't want to feel depressed, right?

So it's not no energy. It's just this calm, flowing centered energy. So you might want to think, calm Kong, you might want to think peace. You might want to think grace. So the word is less important than the context the intention behind it. If you're a person of faith, then you may recite the name of the, the deity that you worship, right?

Whether it be God or Jesus, or Allah, or Buddha, or whoever or whatever. But it's embodying that idea, that concept, that feeling of this very calm, peaceful energy, like a lake. And so we want to just feel all of the tension melt away and just be at this moment of peace. So, if you do use a word song, which we're going to use for this practice, because this is kind of the traditional way, and you can modify this again, based on your own personal preferences, what's going to work best for you, you want to think about that sound, that energy, that vibration, going through your entire body. So what we would do is we would continue on from the previous portion. We've already relaxed everything.

And then we would just take a deep breath in and on the exhale. Now it's not necessary that you make this big song kind of sound. Honestly, it's better if no one hears you. So I have to make a little sound so you can hear me on the video since you can't get into my head right now. But the idea would be to make it very, very subtle. So the word last as well.

Long as the exhalation last. So each time I use this idea, I'm thinking about that energy, that vibration, that intention, that feeling permeating my body, from head to toe. So, you would just do this for as many repetitions or for as long as you feel the need in order to help you to get into a nice relaxed and calm and centered state. So, the feeling of song or peace or calm or whatever word you choose, or whatever intention or emotion or vibration you choose fills your body. every cell of your body is filled with this type of energy. And remember that this energy is not a lack of energy, so especially for people who have excessive energy High Blood Pressure tension, things like that.

And we think about relaxing, we don't want to necessarily release all your energy, we just want to bring the vibration of that energy down to a more calm, relaxed state. Because in a higher frequency, you know, energy is going like this. We want to just think about it calming down, just like your heart rate, right? When you're very excited, your heart beats fast. We want to get it to slow down. We don't want it to stop.

So we don't want to lose energy or have energy that's too low. We just want it to be very calm, and very even. Right, so that's the practice of fun song Gong. Do the first part. Just breathing to gain awareness of your breath and your body. Begin the relaxation process.

Then sitting with the hands on your lap, just Focusing on relaxing down the frontal and the rear paths doing that multiple times. And then after that doing the third part which is sending that song energy, that relaxed, calm peaceful energy through every cell of your body. Okay? So this is an excellent Qigong it's a simple one. It can be used in conjunction with any other type of energetic meditative spiritual practice.
