Okay, in this course, we're going to go over a very simple Qigong self massage series. You can use this in conjunction with a fun song Gong. So the fun song Gong is a really easy way to get your body to relax, get the energy flowing. And then we're going to stimulate actually a little bit, but the stimulation is to increase our awareness of our body. And by increasing increasing the awareness and creating a firmer connection between our sensory inputs and our processing, so the nerve endings and the brain, then we're able to connect more directly. And by creating this more direct connection, then we can help to facilitate better flow of energy.

So this is a very, very simple setup very great for people who have problems with circulation. It's also just a very relaxing set. It can be used to energized as well. So as many things I like to teach they can be considered a tonifying. Right. So if you're too deficient, it can raise your energy.

If you're too excessive it can smooth out the energy. So it just helps you to find that nice balance spot. Right. So what we're going to do is we're going to divide the body into some portions. So we're going to have the top or head then we're going to have the torso and then we're going to go down the lower extremities
