List these, you will use them later. List what you [or they] did to either improve or move right out of distress.
Don't include medication as we know this didn't resolve the distress, it was your thinking and your actions that did that! Medication at its best is just a tool that allows you some breathing space while you take actions to improve your situation. These things you [they] did in the past are the skills and techniques you already know and have at your disposal to take charge of your distress.
