Now that you know what your needs profile is, you should have a much better idea about what is needs satisfying for you and what is not. Choose new actions/behaviors to replace the things you have decided to change. Make sure you use your knowledge about your needs to choose behaviors that are much more needs satisfying than the ones you are replacing.
