Systemic Intelligence is a way of thinking that differs from the usual way of approaching problems and situations, as it helps you figure out more effective and constructive ways to lead your business.

Welcome to this new video course taking your business to the next level with systemic intelligence. Now, it's quickly over talking about how to take our business to the next level. But it's not as obvious as it may seem, because there's this little part here systemic intelligence, which perhaps you're not you've never heard of before. And it's something that will enable you to take any business to the next level. Because you see, when we operate in our business, we usually focus our attention solely on the technical part of our business, which is not production and sales and marketing and logistics and itd and whatever, whenever you need to have in a business which is absolutely essential. So I'm not saying that these things are not important.

There are fundamental, they're essential without it, you cannot run a business. What I'm talking about here is it different approach to your business senior business from a different perspective. And as you do that, you will start having more options, more choices, more decisions to be made. That's because when you at the technical level when you run out of solutions for your production or whenever it can stop, right, you have no more options. Now, you must know that we in this reality that we operate in, we operate in different levels, which we're not even aware of. And because of that, we tend to stick to only a tactical level.

So that's why people that have a lot of success, perhaps even without knowing it, they are adhering to a level which they did not know about before. They think they were just working on the technical level when in fact, they were upgrading at upper level at superior levels, which really is For the technical level, so it might sound a little complicated right now, but it's not actually it's very simple. And I will take you through all the steps all these passages so that you can get to a final, and let's say more satisfactory, and fulfilling idea of what your business really is, because it truly is a very, very exciting thing that you have in your hands. But we have to learn how to use it to his fullest power. And this is what this introductory course is all about. So let's get, let's get clearer on what I'm saying what I'm talking about here. For example, when we're talking about intelligence, let me give you a definition of what intelligence is. It's the ability to apply knowledge to manipulate one's environment, or to think abstractly as measured by objective criteria. Now, what does what did it actually saying is to acquire knowledge, so that you can apply that knowledge in order to change your environment? To even formulate abstract ideas, and make them practical in that environment. So that's how you transform your environment.

That's normal intelligence. That's technical intelligence. We do that all the time. So that's little surprise for you In short, but let's get into synthetic intelligence is the capacity to read and interpret events as effects of natural dynamics that operate according to the structure of reality itself, which is the cause of all occurrences. So this is just static intelligence. In other words, what that means is that we have to realize that we are totally immersed in a reality that is made up of systems now systems are natural elements.

So we're talking about nature here. So we are going back to what businesses are supposed to be. They are supposed to be a natural element that contributes to Raise and elevate the standards of quality of all the people that are involved. So this is what systemic intelligence helps you to do. But in order for you to do this, you have to kind of click out of what you thought intelligence was at the technical level, you cannot ignore that level, you still have to keep that you still have to work with that. What I'm saying is that you're going to have something more something supplementary that can help you go on and move on to the next level.

So you think this is ambitious? Well, you know what, you'll be surprised you'd be doing that all the time without knowing it. And at times, you were getting good results at times you're getting bad results, not because there's something wrong with with this type of intelligence. It's just that you are not still aware of how to put all the pieces together, as I said before, because you have to think differently. You have to think in a way that will help you See your business in a different way and relate to your business in a different way, which will in turn, cause you to interact differently with all the people involved, which is, you know, like your employees and your other your clients and suppliers, etc, all the people are the stakeholders of your of your business. So you're, you're doing that already, but you're not doing it with the right awareness.

And that's why you get mixed results. Now, this will help you get have more possibilities to get the right results. So this is what this is the purpose of the secret course. Anything that's pretty amazing because you'd be surprised what changes you can make your business or new age you have to control of course, we tend to see events as the cause of things that happen to us. Well, you know what, it's the other way around. We are the cause.

What we see outside are not causes that come from hopelessness. Where they are causes that come from us. Now, do you think there is good news or bad news? Well, that's excellent news because that means that you have full control. And when you learn how to use all these things, then you can work on your business with much more proficiency. Intelligence, technical intelligence, I'm talking about here, taste to correct events, they will see events as being either right or wrong, either good or bad.

Or for us, of course, now, so when things are not the way we want them, we want to correct them. That's the way our conventional intelligence works. But systemic intelligence doesn't work that way. It does not correct event. It creates events because they come from us. So as you see in this diagram, okay, we have an event and we see that event.

Cause now what they have in does is that it creates some kind of emotional impact on us. So it is, at the same time, it's an effect of the cause that we saw before. And at the same time, it is the cause of something else coming down the line, which is, for example, a reaction. So we have the event, we have the emotional reaction, instead the emotional response within us, and that transforms into a reaction in reality. So here you see a sequence of effects and causes in a linear pattern. So what do we do as the reaction does a test to go back and correct the cause the promo code or what we believe to be the primary cause, if that event was considered to be good, then we try to add some more to it or we read Forcing somehow whereas if that event is not considered by us as positive, as gratifying in some way or pleasurable, then we try to weaken it or to remove it altogether.

See, this is how we work, this is how we operate, and the interval that goes between the emotional impact and your reaction. Okay, totally depends on what is called your emotional intelligence. You might have heard of that before. Perhaps you are acquainted with the studies of Daniel Goleman, who wrote an incredible, that incredible job codifying these in what is called emotional skills that are part of emotional intelligence. So as you see, we are now moving up from the technical level to the emotional level and the way you are going to react in other words, how you're going to respond physically, technically. To that emotional impact depends exactly on this on how much emotionally intelligent you are.

So you can be the smartest man on in the world. But you may be a little deficient, perhaps emotional intelligence, or synthetic intelligence. But we can fix that. That is not a problem. Because we're as technical intelligence stops working efficiently after a certain age, emotional intelligence and systemic intelligence are continuous, they improve as time goes by. So let's see how systemic intelligence works.

It looks in a little different way. Let's see this situation. So you have an action. Right now this action is considered to be the true cause of an event, which is a false cause. Now, that action that I'm talking about that, you know, red button that you see is something that happens out there, which acts upon you upon a situation that you were involved in. And that is the true cause.

Why do you see as an event usually is a false cause. So after what happens, after you have done the effect, we saw that what you do is that you have an emotional impact right? After the emotional feedback, you have a reaction. So, here, I've whereas before it was linear, here, you see that it is circular. Why? Because that reaction will cause a new, what is what we call a transition.

That is where you start changing your level of awareness, and therefore, the level of actions that you do, because, instead of trying to change the event, you try to change or to work I rather the situations, the conditions that create that event. So it's a totally different approach. And so that's circles that can become an either vicious circle. If you're not aware of what you're doing, or into a virtuous circle, making your business better and better. The transition is about operating with systemic intelligence. When you work with systemic intelligence, you are aware of how systems operate.

And therefore you can work on that to change the primal cause the primal event, the primary action. This is what we will be talking about in this video course. I'm sure you have heard of Francis Bacon, famous British philosopher who said, nature, to be commanded must be obeyed. Now, this is not just a maximum. I mean, this is a law. There is no way you can change nature.

We want to change nature. We want to make nature more human. friendly. But it doesn't work that way. We have to become more nature friendly. Because if we go against nature, nature is going to get back on us.

And it does that all the time, even in your business. So if you want to command because that's exactly what what it says, if you want to commend nature, you have to bake nature. Now, science does exactly that. science does not change nature. It wants to understand nature, so that we can take the laws of nature and use those laws of nature in order for us to have what we want. That's the way we have to operate.

But both privately and in business, we don't do that. We don't move scientifically. We just say I want that. We I want to achieve that. And we do whatever it takes in order to get to that to that goal. But it doesn't work that way because And when you achieve that goal, you probably are not going to get what you were looking for.

You might have seen somewhere, either in a picture or at the Vatican if you were at the Vatican, this is famous statue. It is called Nikita which means compassion. And and you might know who the sculptor who the artist was, who did this magnificent statue. You might know if I if I asked you who did it, you might answer back. Well, Michelangelo did it. And you'd be surprised if I said no.

Michelangelo did not do that statue. Nature did that statue. The marble is done by nature, not by Michelangelo. Michelangelo did not actually create the block of marble from which he extracted the statue. Now this is exactly the same approach that you should have with your business. Don't say this is my business.

You, as a business owner, as an entrepreneur, exactly like Michelangelo, you just shape your business. You mold it, you mold the matter that was already there. Now, what is this method that we're talking about here in the statute, it is marble. It is a stone. In business, it is our knowledge, our aspirations, our ideals, our values. This is what we're talking about here about shaping something that already exists.

That is your business. If you start if you start seeing your business this way, things will be much, much easier and much more profitable in the future. So I'll see you in the second lesson.
