All right, welcome. And let's see how you score how you position yourself in the test sheet. So we have two x axis, which is the x axis, which corresponds to awareness and the y axis the vertical one that corresponds to action, all you have to do is to put a dot draw a.in the intersection between the two axes, where you have on depending on what your score, okay and you will find yourself in one of the four waivers on this graph that you see. Now, we will see what these four quadrants are about. The first one which is the bigger one, which is the one in the lower left is has to do with confusion. This is one of the three predominant emotion, the negative emotional states that people dwell in.

This is one of the background emotions that I was talking about in the previous lesson. So what is confusion? confusion is poor awareness and poor action. So what that means is that, if I am not aware of what goes on within me and inside of me, and at the same time, I don't take action because I'm afraid because of because of this lack of awareness. I don't act promptly and I don't act efficiently. Okay.

It's because of the confusion that I find myself. I don't know what to do. I don't know what's going on. I don't know what it means. I don't know, you know how to get over this. And this is what leads to confusion and people even in businesses kohanim in business in confusion, they're not aware enough of what's going on and they will not take action because of that.

Okay, so this is The first quadrant of the graph. The second one is frustration. This is another background emotion. So these are different kinds of people, because their awareness is still, you know, still low that they still don't know what's really going on. But they take action anyway. They take very strong actions, very impactful actions.

These are those who, those people who really wanted to tackle problems. And that's good, that's a good thing. But if you don't do that, with the right awareness, you will not get the results you want. And that causes frustration, because you're doing everything you can. How many times have you asked yourself this question. I've been doing a lot of work.

I'm doing this and I'm going to that evening taking courses and taking, I try to do the right things. I read the good books by good authors. I do all kinds of things that I and then act upon it, and then really bang on the wall and work 15 hours a day and it Don't get results isn't that frustrating? Because the reading and having knowledge is not being aware. knowledge and awareness are two totally different things. What people need whether leader needs is awareness, what is really going on?

What are the forces behind what is going on. And by the way, this is what system intelligent static intelligence works on. The third, prevailing negative emotion is powerlessness. Here the situation is a little different because there is awareness. People are understand what's really going on. But they don't take action.

That could because of fear, of lack of self confidence, because of, you know, the personality of that person, and low self esteem, and stuff like that. It doesn't have to do it's not because he does doesn't understand what's going on inside of himself. What's going on Assad, he knows that, but he feels powerless because of the other things that he has and other visions that he has about itself mostly. And so that where the powerlessness comes from. Okay, so this being said, we have the fourth, which is a good position when you have strong awareness and strong actions. And that is the what a leader does.

And that's when you have a feeling of control. I know what's going on outside. I know what's going on inside of me, and I take good effective actions. That is what's giving me control. Control is not about imposing about manipulating about getting what they want, that's not control. That's going against nature in sooner or later that will get back to you.

No, no question about that. You have control you're fully aware and you have a take good actions to get what you want. That is what Aristotle was talking about. This is the essence to leadership. Even the second part is over. I'll see you again in the third part for something very exciting.
