Do you have children? Well, if you go, you certainly have been a child. So you know what you need. So let's start with as a child. Of course, the first thing is, he has to grow. So he needs things.

He needs food. He needs education. He needs clothes, he needs a house. He needs all the things that are absolutely essential for him to develop physically. But would you say that enough as a child, would that have been enough? If your parent didn't just care about anything else, but to give you what you needed?

Of course not. You need also the emotional part. You need affection. You need closeness and even understanding. You need to feel part of that both family That sense of belonging. And that's not only in the family, you also think that with you wherever you go in a company in a business, whatever.

So that's also an essential part of the growth. Okay, so we have the physical part, we have the emotional part. But is that enough? Would that have been enough for you? Or would that be enough for your child? Of course not.

Because there's one last button very, very important thing. And that's a guidance. It needs to know where it has to go. He needs to know that he is important that he can make the difference, that he is up to something very important to life, that he's a lot more than what he thinks he is. See, this is what a child needs. Now, why am I saying this?

Your business needs exactly the same things. Of course it needs all the notes The competencies, the skills, the capacities, the tools, the resources, everything that it needs, so that it can operate in this reality. No question about that. So that's vital. That's for the survival of the company, but only for the survival. Without it, you don't have a business.

Let me be very clear on this. However, it is just survival. If you want more, you have to step up. Your business needs to develop relationships within and without. And this these relationships are based on the fact that you're there to provide well being to provide the things that, you know, people need to have in order to feel better. I mean, that's what businesses are for, to provide well being, not just to themselves, but to everybody.

They all have to benefit Given that it's not enough, if you really want to make your business special, you have to give it a significance. You have to give it a meaning. You have to make outside and inside your company, make people understand that you're there for a reason that you're there for a purpose that you're there for a mission that you strongly feel inside. Now, so when you start planning or designing a business, where are you going to start from? Are you going to start from the technical level? Know what's our conference consequences that those are effects?

Are you going to work on the well being? Okay, that's reasonable, but it's not enough. You need to understand who you want to be or what your business is meant to be in the market, where it's operating, how special it is, what is the difference that he wants to make? You start from what you want to give, not for what you want to take. That is the difference. You see, there's nothing moralistic, nothing religious, nothing spiritual about this. It's just common sense.

That's the way nature works. And that's the way nature expects you to work. So that is why is where you focus on the third level, on the systemically on the mental level. That's where you create the The most important and more most adequate paradigms that you need to operate in, in order for you to create this masterpiece, that statue that Michelangelo build, he did exactly the same thing.
