Okay, so welcome to mentality towards topics. So, on this slide we'll be talking about open mindedness. Why open mindedness is a very important aspect to becoming self employed or an entrepreneur or in general in life, because a lot of people, when they think to themselves, they don't really have a lot of understanding of why they should be thinking with an open mind. Because, you know, you need a couple few experiences to in order to see outside looking in everything. But open mind this is basically looking around you. Whenever you are approaching a subject or an idea.

Always look around you look at the people and try to try to listen to what they talk about. And it's the It's really not for you. It's you know, that's being open minded, being able to question everything that you come across basically, why something is important to other people why something is important to you and why this thing or idea can help you. So basically, always think, keep thinking in your mind about things that you come across while you're experiencing life. Because some, some things may be able to help you in deciding Why. Why it's important to have to know these things and to be able to use it to use it in your advantage for whatever that may be.

So be opportunistic. So a lot of people don't really see opportunities that come like right in the face, because there's a lot of things that go through people's minds before you know Realizing Oh, this is a good opportunity. So being able to say, you know, you got to focus on actually listening to what's being offered to you, because there are a lot of things that are being offered to you. But people without the open mindedness really question at that much because a lot of people just, you know, jump to United States just do it, or you know, are I think about that later. But, yeah, being able to spot what an opportunity is, is very important. So, maybe what you do is develop a vocabulary where you ask questions about, you know, what, what do I get for this and what do you get, you know, that's basically two questions you could ask, if that's an opportunity that you're not aware of, so you just got to keep asking questions about ideas or thoughts that people have when they're approaching you.

Or, or if you think that some something's an opportunity, you can go up to people point just asked them all, this is a good idea. Or I can help you with this, like, you know, and you can just develop an opportunity in different ways like that. So thinking outside the box is pretty close to open mindedness, but when basically looking outside the box is good for when you come across a problem. And it's it feels like hard to come to solve. You got to look outside the box, being able to see how, like, how the problems started, like basically from the very bottom and work your way up. Because a lot of problems people try to solve it is by from starting from the top to the bottom.

And that's the hardest way to solve a problem right? So what you need to do is to when you find a problem, you got to look outside and be able to see what this problem is affecting as a whole. That's why why is thinking so I always think like outside the problem looking in, so seeing what the problem is affecting, and how you'd be able to solve the problem. So basically, how I would think about solving a problem is going up to whatever these problems are affecting and, and asking questions about if this problem is affecting people as a whole, if it's a common problem, what would be able to help them solve that problem from the bottom going up, because if they could able to have the solution, starting at the bottom going up, you'll be able to, you know, to solve the problem much easier than starting from the top going down because, you know, that's a lot of life decision is trying to solve the problem, starting from the top, but that's not how you should solve the problem.

When when people trying to solve the problem from the top, it tends to break up into more problems in the future. So that's my analogy to problems when I come across it. So thinking outside the box, that's basically what I just explained how to think outside the box. for problem solving current problems, so basically, if you ever come across a simple problem, don't rush away, just brush off, always solve that simple problem before going ahead, otherwise, if you've built more problem, different problems from different areas, you'll, you know, keep brushing them off, and eventually they'll grow, may grow, or you can just solve them later on. But, yeah, eventually small problems will grow if you don't solve the problem. So solve the problem as soon as you get one.

Otherwise, it will go into a problem that you're unable to solve, or it'll take more resources to be able to solve. So take that into consideration when you're going through life. So independence is very important for this course. Because this will be focusing on yourself and trying to avoid any externalities that will affect you, in your development towards you know better you being able to understand everything you go through, you'll be able to solve those problems or you would be able to understand what problems you would avoid before you know, it's becoming a problem in the first place. So being independence is important. So I'm going to help you develop your mentality towards independence as you're going towards this business, real entrepreneurship.

Basically careers that you're going through. Because at the end of the day, it's, it's all up to you when you come up to problems or creating problems or whatever. What else say to leadership, this is once independence is the first step to leadership. So, basically, I would recommend you work towards leadership, because the first step towards leadership is independence. So being able to understand how you work and what you want to become you develop a natural leadership ability. But if you want to work on leadership, you'd have to focus on the weaknesses that you have, and overcome those.

And eventually, if you take this course, you'll be able to find how to solve these problems and be able to realize your potential and become more more unreliable on others and focus on yourself. Because in your career, it's your all on your own. Eventually, you'll become all on your own if, you know, if you're under a boss and then you get fired, you're all on your own. But so you have to be able to understand that independence is very important. And be able to have an idea of how to overcome these problems that will cause you have to become independent. But yeah, if you're independent doesn't really wouldn't really matter.

But, yeah, that's your mentality that you've got to be going through as we continue the course. So let's see.
