Exercise is important, we all know that. But why?
Think of exercise as maintenance of your body.
As long as you keep maintaining your body, it can work super well.
If you stop exercising, gradually, your body will start to decay. Muscle mass, bloodflow and overall capacity and function will decline.
In order to sustain good blood flow, good hormone balance, a healthy heart and good erectile function, exercise is paramount.
 



 


 
 

 
In the video below, I explain that exercise is imperative in order to have and maintain excellent bloodflow throughout the body and in the penis.
And that you need excellent bloodflow in order to get and keep erections.
I also explain what kinds of exercise I recommend and for how long I recommend doing these exercises, in order to support this optimal bloodflow.
