What to do and what not to do during day 3?
On this day (or on day 4), I recommend that you go on a hike. Hikes can be amazing for your body and mind. They are great forms of exercise and normally peaceful and soothing for your mind.
If you want another healthy and nice snack, I would suggest nuts and seeds.
And also, I recommend that you maintain the short journal that you hopefully started yesterday.



 
 

 
In the day 3 video, I speak warmly about nuts and seeds as healthy snack.
If you want to incorporate this into your diet, I suggest that you ideally go for nuts and seeds that are raw and unsalted.
At least, I would try to avoid nuts and seeds that contain more than 1% salt.
