What else do I eat or drink?
I normally start my day with a cup of hibiscus tea.
First I peel one half of a lemon and blend this with a hand blender until its liquefied. I then add 1/4 teaspoon of hibiscus powder. Then I pour in a tiny bit of cold water (to not make it super hot). I then add boiling water.
It's my favorite tea and super healthy. And I much prefer to use the powder instead of a teabag. This way I get to consume more of the healthy stuff.
And I may often have another cup of this tea later in the day as well.
I also normally eat figs and dates throughout the day, 2-3 apples, maybe an orange, and other...
