Do Kegel Exercises For 3 Minutes A Day


The pelvic floor stretches from behind your anus to your penis.
It is an important part of your body. It is also very important for sexual functions, because the pelvic floor supports your erections.
With a strong pelvic floor, your erections have more support.
Therefore, training these muscles should not be underestimated.
The good news is that exercising these muscles can be done anywhere, and take very little time.
 



 


 
 

 
In the video below I explain why Kegel exercises can be very helpful, in order to get and keep your erections.
I also explain how to locate these muscles, and how to exercise them.
I personally do these exercises every day for about 3 minutes.
