Hi and welcome to the very first day of the reboot!
This video explains the exact steps that I recommend for day 1.
I know it's a lot of actions for one day..
But that's why this is a reboot. We try to achieve max results in as short of a time as possible. 😉



 
 

 
There are a few items you will need that you many not already have. Here is a short list:
You may want to go food shopping to get lots of healthy plant based foods for today and the next few days.
You may also want to get a vitamin D12 supplement.
If you are not getting sunshine, you may consider getting a vitamin D3 supplement.
And you may also consider getting a solid multivitamin formula.
Also, if you want to make the breakfast that I make, you may want to get a hand blender. I would suggest you go to amazon (the online store), or ebay and search for '3 in 1 hand blender' or 'hand blender'.
