I would like to demonstrate the different hand positions that you will be using when you do meditations and healings. The very first exercise that you should always start out with is to warm up the energy centers the chakras within your hands. Always start off with that. This is a very simple exercise. All you have to do is spaced the palms of your hands across each other. Close your eyes and focus on the energy between your hands.

Each person will experience this energy in their own unique way. This exercise allows the powerful energy centers within your hands to open up. You can then use these energy centers to do a healing on yourself, as well as others. So do this particular exercise for about four to five minutes at the beginning. The next hand position that I would like to demonstrate is for the dynamic meditation. According to energy healing and meditation models, each person has seven chakras within them, seven energy centers within them.

These are starting from the top, your crown, your third eye, your throat, your heart, solar plexus sacral. And at the base of your spine, your root chakra. This is also where your Kundalini is. So these are the seven basic energy centers that meditation and healing models talk about. But in reality, there are many, many more choppers within you. The more you progress and the more advanced you go into meditation and into healing, you will actually be able to you will actually be able to feel this other energy centers within you.

But there is no need. To complicate things, it's better to stick to a simple model. energy healing meditation is a system that focuses on great simplicity. over many years of using energy healing meditation, we found out that you don't need to focus on each and every different energy center. You only need to focus on three of the basic energy centers. In fact, over time, you only need to focus on one chakra one Energy Center.

The universal energy around you is intelligent energy. It only needs to go into one energy center one chakra And then from there it feeds all the other chakras. Whether you have seven chakras or 20 chakras or 50 chakras or 100 chakras through that one chakra, the one Energy Center, all the other energy centers get fed. So you don't have to physically and mechanically go around touching every different part of your body. The other aspect of AFM is that when you're actually doing the dynamic meditation, you're not physically touching any part of your body. There's a little bit of distance between your hands and your physical body.

You're actually trying to feel your aura. Your aura is a reflection of your spirit. It's a subtle energy, it's a spiritual energy. So the distance between your hands and your physical body is for you to become aware of that subtle energy, spiritual energy. So when you're doing your dynamic meditation, there are five simple steps that you have to follow. The first step is brushing up the aura and I'll just quickly demonstrate how this is done.

Hold your hands at the top. Again, keep distance between your hands and your physical body. Slowly bring your hands down. Feel the aura, feel the energy within here. When you come to the bottom sun the energy away. This means you're sending away all your blocked energies.

So the purpose of scanning aura is first of all to take away all your blocked energies. And it's also to activate all your chakras within all your energy centers. So that's step one. Step two, will be to do your hand position at the third eye level. So there are three positions, we'll be doing the third eye, the throat, and the heart. So after scanning the aura, the next step you want to do is place your hands right across your third eye.

So now the energy coming out from your hands is going to go straight into your third eye and allow it to open up. It can also be vice versa, the third eye energy can go into your hands as well. Now make sure that your elbows and your hands are well rested, don't hold them up. Remember, the less strain and the more comfortable when you're doing the meditation, the more effective it will be. If you want to use a pillow, or a cushion or anything else to rest your elbows, by all means, go ahead and do that. So rest your elbows on the side.

Face the palms of your hands Right across your third eye, keep a little bit of distance. Make sure your hands here are not touching. Again want to become aware of the subtle energies from your Orion from your spirit. You also want to become aware of the universal energy around you. So this is the first position the third eye. This helps you to achieve focus concentration.

It allows your third eye to open intuition, clairvoyance, extrasensory perception a deeper insight. These are all possible through this energy center your third eye. So do this particular position for three to five minutes. The next position is your throat chakra. Any emotional scars from relationships, childhood memories any negative emotion experiences that you've had will manifest right here around the throat chakra. So for those for those of you who have emotional issues, do the center a little bit longer.

This will allow all your block energies to come out. So this is the seat of the emotional body. So it allows all your negative emotions to come out. And it also activates your positive emotions love, compassion, tolerance, humility, so on and so forth. Do this particular center for 45 minutes. The next position that you're going to do is the heart chakra.

This is a very special chakra. It has many different levels. There's the physical heart, and then going deeper into the emotional heart. Beyond that you have the spiritual heart. And beyond that you have the divine heart. This is where spiritual enlightenment takes place.

A lot of the great mystics and sages have talked about the divine heart. So the more you practice this particular position, you will see that deeper levels of consciousness deeper levels of awareness will open up. So this do this particular position for about five minutes. The last step will be for you to put your hands down and relax, and continue to sit in silence for another four or five minutes. So these are the basic five steps for the dynamic meditation start out by cleansing your RF first. Then the next position will be the third eye, four to five minutes, your throat and then your heart.

And then you put your hands down and sit in silence for a few minutes. So basically, these are the hand positions for the dynamic meditation. Now I'm gonna I've quickly demonstrate the hand positions when you when healing on someone else. So say there is a person that you want to heal, make them sit in front of you, the same way that I'm sitting now make them sit in front of you, and make them face you. Okay? Let them know that you will be doing a healing on them, let them know you'll be healing them on all levels physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, and that healing energy will be coming out from your hands.

So the way you would do this healing is that you just put your hands up like this. You close your eyes, and then you let the healing energy come out on the person across you. There's a little script in the manual that you can follow. You basically do this healing for 15 or 20 minutes you can even do it longer. I was listening to the voice that comes from within you always listen to that intuitive voice within you. So this is basically your the way that you're going to have your hand positions healing energy will be coming out and you'll be hearing the other person there is no need for massage tables, there's no need for benches.

You don't need to physically touch the person. This is where EHS simplifies everything. You don't need to physically touch anyone on different parts of their body. This makes it more comfortable for them. And it makes it more comfortable for you to, in fact, a little bit of distance between you and the person will allow the energy to expand to become more powerful. Next, the hand position that you would need to do distant healing, say you want to do distant healing on someone else.

You will do this exercise in your manual. You can choose the person, a place, a small group of people, a large group of people, it's up to you. Distant healing actually is a very powerful form of healing. And the way that you would do that is that you would hold your hands out like this, and you would visualize the person sitting in front of you, or you visualize the place in front of you to send healing can be sent to anyone, friends, relatives. As someone who's on the other side of the planet, if there's a departed soul, you can also send healing to them as well. Universal healing is just that you can go to the whole universe.

So you can hold your hands out like this and do a healing. If you need to use a pillow, just as an example, just to rest your hands, by all means, go ahead and do that. The more comfortable, the better the healing. There is an exercise that we mentioned in our manual, it's called healing the planet, you can actually send healing energy to the entire planet. Different people want to give to the planet in different ways. Some go to a certain country and give their service.

Some give money, some give time. Some might want to go and give service to a hospital or to or to the elderly. How can energy healing meditation help you in that way? Well, you can actually send healing to the entire planet to the entire globe. And this would be spiritual healing energy going there. If you're from Israel, In country and that country is in trouble and you need to help them, you can send energy to them as well.

The way to do that is the same, use the same position, just hold your hands out like this, visualize the person or the place where you would like the healing to go to and let the healing go there. This is the most common method used, there is another method that you can use, you can actually rest your hands on your legs, with your palms facing out, and then visualize where you want the human to go and let the healing come up. I've been doing energy healing for many years, and I can tell you one thing for sure 100% without a shadow of a doubt, the person or the place where you're sending the healing, they will definitely receive it 100% they would they will definitely receive it. So there's no doubt about that. I've been doing it for many years. And I've gotten confirmations in different ways physical confirmations, as well as spiritual confirmations, the energy never goes to waste.

So this is Universal intelligent energy, whether you want to call it universal energy or universal light or universal soul, or the light of God, it's one of the same thing. It's not one source of powerful energy that sustains us. You can ever you can tap into this energy and use it as a form of healing. It's a wonderful form of healing that God's light allows us to do. So I believe I've demonstrated all the different hand positions. I really hope you enjoy doing the different hand positions and the different exercises that we've included in the manual.
