So the final exercise in this series is going to be on rotation. reason why I chose this exercise out of all the other ones is it really does combine the two worlds of stretching all up in through here serratus anterior, all this tissue in through the back here. But then as we're coming down this way you're learning to stretch this tissue that's coming down in through this way and at the same time you're getting nice mobility through all of that tissue to integrate it. So great exercise for you to do in the video. You are lying on your side and then you can do it. Excuse me sitting upright.

If you want to sitting at your desk or in your in your room. If you don't want to be if you're in the office doing this and you don't want to have your arm flailing around, it's fine. Just do the shoulder rotations. That's in the first component of the exercise. You can be flexible with these exercises, no pun intended, and adapt them to how it's gonna work in your daily life. But do watch the instructional component first, to get a better idea.
