Chronic stress can cause a significant negative influence on physical and cognitive performance, overall health, and affect personality traits like self-esteem and social interactions.

Step 3: A driver’s license for Life

• Intended to reclaim your personal power over your life circumstances by practicing “letting negative things go”.
• The practice of a very powerful  “Blame game” exercise to rewrite the internal life story that holds you back from experiencing a fulfilled life.
