Hello freelancers, today we are going to talk about proposals okay? So if you have a very good client and good paying clients or a big company I think rather than you know just sending them cost in just one or two lines that it will cost you 1500 dollars or something like that is a joke. Okay. So if you really want to win that project, you should prepare a proper proposal Okay. Now there are different portions of every proposal one is introduction second is scope of work okay. So what you are going to do call them and you need to define the scope So in the end, there is no fight between you and the client that this has not been completed okay?

Third portion is fees or you can say the schedule Okay, so fees always separate it into different sections like this. You can see over here in like mock ups wireframes UX WordPress setup team is Installation, WordPress training etc etc. Then we have terms and condition that I will be receiving 50% upfront or 50% after project completion, okay, so this is very simple. So the template I'm using the showing you is from bhandar doc.com and it is not basically a free solution but they have a lot of templates you can see over here from marketing web it construction invoices proposals, and I really like some of their proposals. They are very well built and well written. You just need to change some of the variables over here like you can see over here.

Okay, so you just need to change and it will be changed all over in this in the whole document. Okay, I have clicked on this pricing, okay, so it is $19 a month. And I think it's a pretty neat templates. They have very nice templates. Okay, now Other two templates I am going to share the links with you are free and one of them is from this guy ran Ron Robinson and he is basically offering a whole course. So he's you can say subject matter specialists for free loss proposals.

Okay. I'm going to show his proposal in some minutes. Okay, the second one is this n u S II guy and he's also high thing is he's a freelancer. And he also have an online app like you can see over here. It has different plans. And I will also show and share with you one template from this guy.

Okay, so panda Doc, and this one and this one. So these are three often ran Robison and USI. And this panda.com also, I really like this one cross posi phi dot biz, and it has also a lot of great templates for proposals. And I really like this one too. Okay, it is also paid. I think you cannot get everything from here free.

So, this is basically what you will be delivering to that company Okay. Then we have my year results It is very good section to convince your client that you are delivering some results to them rather than just a website okay. So you are giving them some value valuable services providing them valuable services.

Then we have this fee summary okay. So this is basically a break up of your total cost. Okay, then you have project timeline, these this is a really nice setup. Okay, so this is very good template of our proposal, and then we have next steps. Then we have this submitted initial payment Last month and these are basically terms and conditions and here it has neck it has shown them as he has shown them as next steps. Okay now the last part which is very interesting for me Why choose me?

Is that why I am proposing and I am the best one to be hired for this work. Okay so then we have terms and conditions. So this is very good option and the and the next one I'm going to show you is this from this new si a website. It is also very professional and the thing I like about it is it is a bit formal but the best thing about it is okay, so let me show you project cause option Okay, so the best thing I love about it is it shows you have what the the value you are going to provide to your customer Okay, so like decrease cart abandonment rate by this percent and increase average time on site by this percent return visitors will be increased and so, this is just the pitch that you are going to deliver some results to that company okay.

So always make sure that you highlight this portion then it has three options okay. So basically three packages you are going to propose different packages to your client like in the option one we are going to design this and this in the option to everything from option while will be included and we are going to my year of success and we are going to aim to increase signups or something like that. Okay. So, notice that this is written in terms of laymen and it also gives some results at the end okay? So even the manager or CEO of the company Who has not developed any website he can get impressed from this proposal okay. You can also see the third one option and the next steps.

Okay, so the only thing he has different from that Tran Robison is that it is giving three options to the clients to choose from. Okay. So if you merge both these templates together, round Robins and also this and you si website, I think you can get the best proposal and you are really going to win that okay. So the things main things in your proposal should be overview what you are going to basically deliver to their client, it is basically the rephrase of what your client needs. Okay. Just give your brief introduction, very short introduction and come to the point that we are going to deliver you this and we are going to solve your problem okay this problem then make sure you always define the scope of work because in the end it will be very difficult if something goes wrong okay.

I personally have written maybe two or three or maybe five times, I don't normally post these kind of proposals maybe in the start when the client is new, but when the client has more trust on me and they know what I am doing, or what I can do, they just give me a project and just I give them in four or five lines, the value I'm going to give them and the cost of that and that is basically the start of the project.
