You're going to for each email, analyze it, you're going to dump you're going to delegate, you're going to defer and then and only then, are you going to do any of the emails, you're going to use the techniques that we've talked about, you know, concise replies, making sure each subject lines clear, telling them what you want them to do, writing with the outcome in mind, and you're going to use text expanders to automate as many of your replies as possible.
