Hello, it's Liam Auster again. And you're going to be watching module 12 now of interview experts, and profit. So this module, which is the second last module of the whole training programs, you're very nearly at the end. Now, this is all about the basics of automation. So again, I've titled it basics because this subject again, is another huge subject I could go into and create a whole product all on its own. But I'm again just giving you the basics of what then comes next after you've done all the previous modules.

So once you've put your products delivery page together, it's time to think about how you're going to be delivering that page to your customers once they've purchased your product. And this is where the whole automation process comes into play. And usually this is done by a piece of software called an autoresponder. Now, I don't know whether you've heard of an autoresponder before. I don't know how familiar you are with the whole email marketing autoresponder thing, but it's basically an autoresponder is an email marketing software that sends emails to people automatically once they've joined your email list. So that's basically what an autoresponder is.

And what's great about automation and the use of an autoresponder is that you can set emails up once they once within the software, and they're basically a set and forget you can type them out once in a follow up sequence is what it's called. And you can create some really awesome emails, put all your effort into creating them once and then they can get delivered automatically to all your customers that sign up to your email list. And it's, as I say, this is only the basics I'm going into I could do a whole product about automation in itself explaining all the ins and outs because it is really fantastic and really quite amazing how it all works. But yeah, you basically can set up some emails once and then they will deliver your information to customers. 24 seven 365 days a year on auto pilot. Obviously there's a lot more to it you have to set it all up and set it to when you want to send it in how far apart you want the emails to be sent but it's really really great how this whole automation comes into place.

So there are many autoresponder services available out there, but I use AWeber and get response I have two autoresponder accounts. Both of these companies, they were what was introduced to me when I started and I still love them and I highly recommend them to people. They're also two of the easiest ones to use when you're first starting out. There are a lot of them out there. Some of them have a lot of bells and whistles and a really complicated but AWeber and get response are really great if you're starting out, but some of the other autoresponder service companies that you can check out, there's a company called Infusionsoft MailChimp which is completely free but you have to have a list under 500 but if you're first starting out which may be a lot of you are watching this product because it is a newbie friendly style of product to create MailChimp is great if you have a list under 500.

But I don't know how complicated it gets when you go over the 500 people on your list and start moving it around into other autoresponders. Again, that's all quite complicated, you don't need to worry about that. But if you're just starting out and you don't have any spare funds, MailChimp is good because it's completely free. Then there's another one called eye contact, you've got send lane, and you've got Active Campaign. And there's also lots more out there. So you can just google autoresponder software or Google email marketing software, just see what comes up research, it all comes down to personal preference or when you check them out what you decide to do.

But as I say, I use AWeber and get response they've not let me down. I love them. They're really easy to use. Again, I'm not technical at all. It takes me ages to learn how to use things, but it didn't take me long to learn these at all. I mean, within this kind of business, there's always things you've got to learn.

You know, that's the thing with anything whether you're building a business, online or offline. You have to invest some time and effort sometimes, and some money in order to build a business. So you know, you do have to learn some things, but things don't need to be so complicated. So your autoresponder basically sends out emails automatically. And you either set them up in a follow up sequence, like I mentioned a minute ago, or you can send one off broadcast emails to people who have signed up to be on your list. So there are two types of emails that you can send, you can make up a few emails and put them in a follow up sequence, so that people automatically say, as soon as they buy your product, they'll get a welcome email, then you might set it to send them another email Three days later, and that you can set that up three days later to send out automatically then you can do another one, maybe a week later, depending on what you're selling what your topic is, what niche you're in.

You can you can do anything with it so flexible. You can set it up to send out emails as and when you want to. And then the broadcast emails. That's what they're called within the industry. If you just want to promote something To them or tell them about a great offer that you've just found or some great information you want to share, you can just send your whole list a one off email explaining that information to them. Again, it can go into a lot more detail, because lists can be segmented into, you know, different people on different segments within your list that is going to complicate complicated and complex and not going into that by now, like right now.

But yeah, those are basically the two types of emails that you can send out. And email marketing is the best way of communicating with people consistently, because you can share valuable information with them they'd want to receive and then further down the line because you're building that relationship with them. You're giving them value via email, communicating with them on a consistent basis, they're then more likely to want to buy from you more more products for me further down the line. So this whole business is about not thinking about yourself. It's about what can you give to your customers, what value can you give, what can you provide, the more you give, the more you'll get. So I always say, give as much value as you Give them your all.

Give them your best stuff. You know you're not losing out by giving them your best stuff and then they're going to be coming back over and over again wanting to buy from you
