In this lesson we're going to massage our brain, body, joints and heart is easy to do only need to massage our fingers. each finger is connected to our internal organs to nervous system to each part of the body. It's connected to all joints to our coronary system to our heart and by massaging the each finger, we improve blood circulation in the entire body. we improve flexibility in your spine, bring more blood to our brain, remove the toxins from our lymphatic system. When our nervous system is balanced and the toxins are removed from it, our sleep is getting better and better we have a lovely night's sleep. There are no limits whatsoever on how many times you need to massage your fingers and how many times a day you can do as many times as you like. My advice is to start the day with this exercise like you wake up in the morning and you're still in bed. You can start your day with this.
