This course begins with a series of three presentations. First, I will describe why critical thinking is so important in our daily lives. Secondly, I will define both critical thinking and mindfulness meditation and begin a description of how they interrelate. Finally, I will provide some guidance on setting up your own mindfulness meditation practice.
