During this second week of the course, I will first describe the first and second pillars of Mindfulness Meditation. These are Mindfulness of the Body and Mindfulness of Thoughts. Next, I will describe arguments, including how they are constructed, the two main types, and what makes them true or false. I will also provide a presentation of obstacles to maintaining your meditation practice and how to overcome them. Finally, in this section, I will introduce some Critical Thinking fallacies and begin the discussion of how to use Mindfulness to address them. We will expand on that topic in week 4.
