Hi, everybody, welcome to this course, my name is Ethan Smith, creator of paper folding, fun, calm. Now during this course, we're going to be going over origami symbols and what they mean. So, as the picture shows, we have two different types of origami symbols. And that's what we're going to be going over, we're going to be looking at all the different types, the individual symbols themselves, and what every symbol means. So let's start by looking at the three different types of origami symbols. So the three main types of work I mean symbols, is lines, arrows, and other and the lines and the arrows are pretty much self explanatory, but the other is just pretty much any symbol that doesn't follow one of those guidelines.

So this is what we're going to be looking at during the course work. going to do one lesson per type of symbol, and then we'll get to go into the individual symbols themselves. So, I hope you enjoy and I'll see you in the next lesson so we can get started.
