Hey everyone, and Congratulations on completing the art of effective feedback. We went through a journey. And I really hope you took one or two things that were very powerful for you as to how to reframe how you show up when it comes to either giving feedback and or receiving it. Lastly, I want to give you a Planning Guide, which is a step by step way of not only structuring conversations, but understanding what you need to know before you give feedback to someone. So take that, use it and practice it because if you do not practice these skills, they will not stick. So come back to these videos, come back to the modules there'll be here waiting for you.
Because if you are to change how you give feedback, as well as receive it, it takes sustainable action. Last but not least, is a survey. I want to know how I did and it's an opportunity for you to give me feedback to practice some of these skills. Use some of the data What are some things you observe? Because I also have blind spots. And I always want to improve not only my courses for my students, but ultimately myself as a trainer.
