For many dairy is pro inflammatory. Not only that much of the dairy produced today has hidden dangers that can be impacting your health. the damaging effects of dairy to your health are it causes inflammation in the body.

Dairy causes huge amounts of inflammation in the body. This can lead to digestive problems, skin problems, pain, asthma, chronic sinus issues, swelling and more. It increases acidity in the body. Dairy products are highly acidic and disrupt the neutral pH balance in your body. This increase acidity It damages your body in various ways and can cause allergies, weaken your bones and increase your risk for a number of chronic diseases. It's packed full of hormones.

I'm sad and sorry to say that this is true, but milk contains an average of 60 different hormones including the genetically engineered growth hormone, r b, g, h, or recombinant bovine growth hormone. These hormones have been linked with cancer and a range of other of chronic diseases. It's packed full of antibiotics. The hormones that cows are injected with cause a range of health problems including other infections and utter inflammation. These infections are then treated with antibiotics, which makes their way into the dairy products you consume these antibiotics are harmful to humans and can weaken your immune system damage your body's cells and vital organs and can contribute to an alarming increase in antibiotic resistance in humans and much more. It's packed full of chemicals.

Most dairy products are highly processed and packed full of dangerous chemicals including aspartame, and sucralose. These chemicals have a long list of negative side effects and have been shown to significantly increase your risk for cancer, diabetes, mood problems in seizures. Furthermore, cows were meant to consume grass, not corn. Many of the dairy producing cattle are fed low grade genetically modified pesticide laden corn. This then is passed into the cow's milk and then on to you ditching dairy may seem daunting if it's something you're used to consuming on a daily basis. However, the following guidelines can be used to help you ease into the process.

Try dairy free milks. There are lots of dairy free milk out there which tastes great and are packed full of nutrition including calcium. Some of the most popular types of dairy free milk include almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, and hazelnut milk. Try nut cheese. Nut cheese contains no dairy or soy and is a fantastic healthy alternative to dairy packed cheese. There are plenty of online stores which sell a range of tasting that cheeses and also hundreds of recipes online that you can use to make your very own cheeses We placed butter with extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil.

Olive oil and coconut oil are great alternatives to butter that can be used for cooking and spreading. Not only do they contain zero dairy, but they're also packed full of healthy fats, which support your body and allow it to perform optimally. Check the ingredients list on your foods. butter, cheese, milk and yogurt are all obvious sources of dairy that you should avoid. However many foods that you wouldn't expect to contain dairy actually do. Some of the top food sources of hidden dairy include breath mints, chewing them, chicken broth and processed meats.

This hidden dairy can be listed as many different ingredients including butter, milk, calcium, casein, curds, custard, cream lactoferrin lacto, globulin, lactose, milk powder, milk solids, Wei, Zhi and others. So check the labels and try to avoid some of the ingredients that I've listed here for you.
