Complete the after Asana exercise and answer the following questions (this exercise does not need to be submitted but may be discussed in your coaching calls).

What was your biggest takeaway?
How can your experience impact your life off the mat?


Continue keeping your gratitude journal. Write down 5 things you're grateful for each day with just one caveat-- you can't write down the same thing twice.
Meditate for 5 minutes after each mandatory asana class. 

Instructions:

After Savasana, come to a comfortable seated position, typically Sukasana, and sit with a tall spine (crown of the head above the tailbone). You may find that sitting on a block or pillow is best. It's fine to take a chair if sitting hurts your back (but still keep a tall spine). 
To focus your mind, try one of the tools mentioned in the Internal Limbs video such as the breath, an object, a mantra, etc. When the mind wanders off, gently bring your focus back to the object of focus and start again. Keep it up...
