DESCRIPTION: Pranayama practice with madi
Practice 5 types of pranayama with Madi. Find a quiet place, wear comfortable clothing and make your way to your mat (a chair is a great alternative if you find it uncomfortable to sit on the floor, block or pillow). If you have a block and 2-3 blankets (or towels), they could come in handy. If you have any of the following conditions, talk to Madi: hypertension, low blood pressure, heart condition, bronchitis, severe breathing issues or you're pregnant. If you are on your menstruation cycle, skip #3 Kapalabhati (breath of fire).
