Strapping technique, position one, check in. Place to strap, cross the top, the highest part of your chest, cross it over and back and then cross it over again and hold it with both straps with one hand. Take your right hand and bring it over the strap. Catch the scrap almost underneath your armpit and chop with your other hand to almost underneath the armpit. Exhale. tighten the strap.

Vigorously tighten the strap let the strap slide out slowly. Keeping the tension before the strap lock like Superman breaking the chain across his chest. Breathe in as vigorously as you can without causing pain. Exhale, release this strap using your thumb release. And check in.
